He’s a milquetoast that will go nowhere.

He sort of seems like the Daniels or Portman of 2012 -- not much to get exited about. Maybe he already got his wife's permission, however.

The early stages in 2016 will have nearly 2 dozen wannabes, and several of those will be retreads from previous.

I am still reeling from the letdown of Paul Ryan turning into just another Washington amnesty-pushing insider elitist. I saw through Rubio when he was giving his speech at the 2012 convention. Few of the wannabes hold much interest -- Cruz, maybe.

[Disclaimer: Unless the GOP changes the way they hold their primaries, my preference doesn't matter much because the nominee is usually already determined long before my state primary. Therefore, I avoid splinters by not jumping on any of the bandwagons. Bandwagons of leading 'conservative' candidates crashed after just few weeks in 2012.]

I see 2016 as a repeat: numerous 'conservatives' splitting the vote so the GOPelite's selectee wins. So, will that be another Bush, regardless of how toxic the Bush name is, or Christie?

If Jindal and Rubio bring their own legal challenge and can move it ahead quickly the USSC may finally get to decide “Natural Citizen”. It can UNDO all of Obama’s years.

As stated 1000 times before, Jndal is not a NBC.
His parents were here on student visas when he was born.

You can say it 1000 more times. Nobody's buying this birther gibberish.

Maybe this will have SCOTUS finally do it’s job.

SCOTUS is an appellate court. When some lower court finds Jindal ineligible (and a fat chance of that happening) then SCOTUS may come in and take up the matter. Though I doubt you'll like the ruling.

Legal challenge against who? Just because a bunch of birthers on internet forums scream that they're not eligible, doesn't mean anyone is actually preventing them from running.

Agree. I would pray that it could happen.

But I really don’t think it would move that quickly and I don’t think that SCOTUS would take their cases.

Chief Justice Robertson has already been blackmailed by Obama and his myrmidons into calling the individual mandate a “tax” versus a “penalty” and thereby giving life to the AHCA - ObamaCare.

How did they threaten him you ask? They threatened to take away his illegally adopted Irish children.

A lot more conservative than Jeb or Christie, but we need a real 100% conservative to straighten out the mess we're in, he ain't that.
