The news of former South African President Nelson Mandela's death provoked an emotional display of patriotism and grief as hundreds took to the nation's streets in a show of mourning last night. Mourners converged on Mr Mandela's home in the city to light candles and pay tribute to the man who ended apartheid and gave them their freedom. While some looked sombre and quietly said prayers following Mr Mandela's passing, others celebrated his achievements in a loud show of nationalistic pride.

The ones I mourn for are those who built South Africa into one of the most advanced nations on earth only to have the rest of the world force Black rule on them, especially Communist Black rule.
