Hours after he called on Israel to “end the occupation of the West Bank”, U.S. President Barack Obama met Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas on Tuesday.
During the meeting, reported the Associated Press, Obama said that no one is under the illusion that peace between Israelis and Arabs will be easy, but claimed PA Arabs realize that negotiations are the best and only way to achieve a two-state solution.
Obama also praised Abbas for consistently rejecting violence and being open to negotiations, according to the report.
Abbas said he remained fully committed to the peace process and thanked the U.S. for supporting the process. He added that the goal is an independent Palestinian state.

Oh good. O wants to end the Arab squatters’ occupation of Samaria and Judea. Move them back to Arabia and Syria and Iraq. Good good. Finally peace will be possible. (Otherwise he is just shooting off his mouth stirring up trouble like he always does ).

By what authority does President Obama order Israel to end the "occupation" of the West Bank? What evidence does he have to support his assertion that the West Bank is "occupied?"
Does not the land belong to Israel? Does not Israel need the land to protect their country? Does the President believe that land for peace works? Has it ever worked?
Many believe that Israel has two thousand years of history supporting its right to the land because their ancestors have been there for a long, long time.
No peace treaty with the musies is worth the paper it is written on, and won’t be until the 7 year peace treaty after the Rapture is signed.
