How many surface ships will the Saudis be providing? How many combat aircraft will they be flying? And what base will they sortie from?

So what! Are there going to be any Saudi F-16s in the raid? Are there going to be any Saudi solders on the ground invasion? NO. No, no, no and a thousand times hell no.

Lurch even said they offered to ‘pay’ for it. Are they gonna KEEP paying for it after Assad is oustered? HELL NO!

We would be saddled with an impossible incursion and decade long drain trying to get out of there.

Not one single soldier’s life, not one bullet is worth some towel head camel jockey’s gasoline for his desert Mercedes.

If the Saudis want to show their support, then have them drop the price of their oil back down to $40/bbl like it was the day Bush left office.

Since the saudi royals are not America’s friend, this is going to cost the U.S. somehow ... someway. Unknown though the how and way ... yet.

“Qatar’s foreign minister, Khalid Al Attiya, who joined Mr. Kerry at the news conference, stopped short of explicitly endorsing a military strike but said his nation would back foreign intervention.?

JFK: WTF does this mean and is it the same for the Saudi’s? Appears to me that they will send good wishes not warm bodies.

Just declare them a belligerent and target their oilfields, ports, and palaces. When missiles impact Syria, ten minutes later they impact Saudi Arabia.

Watch the whining then.

...Saudi Arabia intends to install their own puppet government in Syria which will allow the Saudis to control the flow of energy through the region.

Hell, the French ought to be back on-board any moment now. I guess that tidbit definitely overrides the Constitution of “negative rights”.

Reached for comment, the Saudi leadership stated:

We will gladly pay you next Tuesday for a hamburger er war on Syria today.

In the grand tradition of Popeye's peripheral friend 'Wimpie', the leadership made Kerry an offer he seemingly can't refuse.

What is not mentioned, glossed over is that the support of Saudi Arabia for an attack on Syria is not the result of any concern for humanity, the immorality of gassing thousands of Assad’s own citizens but much more cynical, the removal of the Alawite controlled government whose Shiite followers is a religious, political anathema to the Wahhabi Whoremasters in Riyadh.
