since you dick up just about every situation into which you have dabbled. Do the citizens of Wyoming and yourself a huge favor—end your political career now.

Why? What are her political sins?

That is not republican (in terms of form of government), but purely democratic.

Sorry bro but it's not "democratic", it's States rights vs. Federal and that's the only thing she's pointing out.......

I think Ms. Cheney is lying to gather votes.

Y'know. The same thing occurred to me.

In 2009, she fully supported her father and sister's position, and was all for the federal government promoting gay marriage:

No she didn't, she said it is a state issue...........

"I think Ms. Cheney is lying to gather votes."

If elected, she will have been against it before she was for it.

Liz Cheney fully supported gay marriage as “freedom means freedom for everyone”, that is a civil rights statement.

Liz Cheney supported the homosexual agenda at the FEDERAL level, and for homosexualizing the American military.

Cheney is pulling a Romney, she is just suddenly reversing her positions after years of promoting them.

Liz Cheney was early in her support for gay marriage and the homosexual agenda, including at the federal level and for the military.

She wanted DADT ended and rejoiced when it was, she was against DOMA, is against a constitutional amendment to save marriage, and supports gay marriage, and supports the State department move to the gay agenda.

After 46 years of life and politics, and being a member of the Romney campaign where she never expressed a pro-life belief, she has also suddenly become “strongly pro-life”, just for this campaign.

Why? What are her political sins?

Supporting the pro-abortion man who gave America gay marriage, was for homosexual scout leaders, ending DADT, and who gave us Romneycare.

Gay agenda/pro-abortion Liz was supporting Romney in 2008.

First Marco Rubio, now Liz Cheney.

Step one, deny, deny, deny the very position people fear you hold because they have heard and seen you support it in the past.

Step two, get yourself elected.

Step three, stab the voters in the back by doing exactly as the people feared

That’s the ticket, Liz. You elites think you can run the same stupid game over and over again and we’ll never catch on. Why don’t you go join the party of low info idiots and take you deviant sister with you.

Yeah, I’m sure you know her heart better than her own sister.

That didn’t make any sense since I haven’t commented on her heart, just her political positions.

You can look at post 27 also.

You will have to work harder to promote this homosexual agenda pushing candidate.

Not before the election at any rate. She will “evolve” later.

Going by the assumption that her current position is consistent with her 2009 beliefs, she seems to be saying that although she "personally" thinks gay marriage should be a "freedom for everyone", she won't try to use her "personal views" to enact any kind of nationwide federal law to that effect. Instead, she thinks its a state issue and we should send to back to the states for future generations of Americans to decide.

Incidentally, Obama made the same "conservative" argument in his 2012 campaign:

"For us to try to legislate federally into this area is probably the wrong way to go" he told an MTV audience, saying gay marriage should be left up to "future generations of Americans"

Liz Cheney was not really hiding behind the fig leaf of states and marriage when she,

1. Made the civil rights claim of freedom (gay marriage) means freedom for “everyone”.

2. Opposed not only DOMA, but also a Constitutional Amendment protecting marriage.

3. Supported the homosexual agenda at the Federal level for the State department and the military.

By the way, anyone care to post her pro-life position during the years before she suddenly adopted it only weeks ago, for this campaign?

She said “I am strongly pro-life.” (Top of the page, 2nd paragraph.) What does that mean to you?

I should clarify: what it means to me is, she's lying.

Post 27 is just a serious of ex-cathedra statements with no context.

It’s clear that she doesn’t support federal interference in state affairs — you’ll have to work, period, to substantiate your claims.

Exactly!

I don’t trust her a bit on this issue.

And if she can’t be trusted on this, she can’t be trusted on anything.

Litmus test issues:

1. Abortion.
2. Gay Agenda.
3. Illegal Immigration.

If they waffle on these, if they equivocate, if they give weasley answers, they’re not trustworthy, and they do not merit the job of representative, senator or president.

The gay marriage only for certain states feint, is a silly fig leaf when states recognize each other’s marriages, and federal employees and all the military and federal immigration law all recognize gay marriage.

Your fig leaf is pretty thin if you think that American families, FBI men, and Marines and corporate CEOs will not have their families come to be recognized in all states when they move or relocate for work.

Impy nails it too. It wouldn’t surprise me a bit if Liz Cheney ASKED her lesbian sister to “denounce” her position publicly so it will help her with conservative voters in WY and boost her conservative credentials: ‘She MUST sincerely oppose gay marriage and the gay agenda if her lesbian sister is bashing her! What courage to stand up for her convictions after family pressure! This PROVES she’s a TRUE conservative!!”

Fortunately, conservatives don’t seem to be failing for that trick.
