Global Entry was originally for expedited entry back into the US.

But, the TSA accepts Global Entry membership. You just have to enter your 9-digit PASS ID in your airline flyer profile.

See the TSA PreCheck we page. It lists the other programs they recognize, including Global Entry.

The courts are part of the scam. The system is kaput.

So the TSA enlarges its field of groping grannies, but NYc’s policy of stop and frisk potential criminals (those who fit the profile of who commits the most violent criminal acts) is shot down because it harms the civil rights of the potential criminals (potential based upon actual statistics of who commits the majority of violent crimes). Zimmerman is prosecuted upon utterly trumped-up charges for defending himself while hundrds of black-on-white murders go unnoticed, includng the most heinous like the torture/murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsome. The Black Panthers are given th green light to threaten white voters at voting precincts. HUD has a new policy of enforcing integration by forcing majority white communities to accept low-income housing and the tenants who come with it. In some states, landlords are being sued to force them to accept Section 8. Obama and Holder are trying to force employers to be disallowed from using criminal background checks on applicants. An audience cheers as Clinton says that whites will be a minority in the US by 2050 (they are already the minority globally), meanwhile majority black cities go the way of Detroit, Birmingham, Memphis (which decided to fix its failing schools by dissolving its school district and forcing the surrounding successful county schools to accept the intake, thereby spreadng the failure-why do blacks n power never have any success to share?). All over the US, standards for LE and firefighters are lowered (even swimming requirements removed) in order to raise the pool of minority applicants, and to promote them. Universities have done away with AA in name, but are using the same criteria to accept minority students over more-qualified white or Asian students under a so-called “holistic” application process.

Where will all of this end? When the entire nation is South Africa, Zimbabwe, or Haiti?

The gloves are to protect the groper (I mistyped as "gorper," which is funny if you ever used the word "gorp"), not the gropee.

Wouldn't this be a lovely way for some jihadist to spread some nasty communicable disease? Infected Jihadi-to-TSA groper-to-who knows how many innocent travelers like this young boy?

...and your friendly TSA groper doesn’t change his blue gloves either!

Fool! Don't you know those are for his protection, not yours! [;)]

It's stories like these [and no-knock raids] that led me to create this informational brochure on the proper interaction with government agents:

However, this non-airport screening is BS. The TSA has no authority to do it, but the spineless Republicans aren’t stopping it.

I see you haven't read this informational brochure; it explains everything:

When I was in Europe this summer on cruise, a lot of people from Britain and Canada I met thought that the US had the most onerous security protocols. Oftentimes, I meet people abroad who ask about places to visit in the US. Years before, I used to tell them of my favorite places. But this year, I told them that we have a horrible government and an emerging police state; don’t bother going to the US.

Mission Creep comes to mind. It also allows more power and money for those who supervise. The more people hired, the more need to provide supervision along with the accompanying promotions (money) an growing budget. Government does this in most every dept. except perhaps in the military (a Constitutional requirement) whereas in the tax-paying world, we make money by streamlining with what we got when added requirements pop-up. Not in government. I’m afraid we’re doomed to eventually have TSA goons at the entry point to any/all public events asking: “Papers please comrade.”

Or, the nucleus of that civilian army Obozo said the US needs. Expansion of TSA, militarised law enforcement, Dept of Homeland Security beefing up its ammo, Obozo sending regular (ie loyal, patriotic) troops on spurious “missions” in Africa, etc, to keep them away from home/get more of them killed.

TSA was created by taking advantage of 9/11 to expand the government’s gestapo powers. I wasn’t fooled. I knew what they were doing. They needed an excuse to check people for drugs, subversive literature and firearms. Nothing to do with 9/11. If they had been serious about terrorism, they would be doing what Israel does: PROFILE PROFILE PROFILE.

If the House passes a bill ending the TSA “mission creep,” the Senate would have to act.

I’d like to see them vote this down. And, I’d like to see Obama veto it.

The low information voters would finally see what this administration is.

Just a matter of time before they’re setting up checkpoints outside of your neighborhood to ensure you’re not transporting anything illegal on to the government-owned streets and sidewalks.

How far away are they from manning roadblocks? When they used "Transportation" in the title instead of "Airport", I knew they were planning an end run around the public. We are SO near a total dictatorship.

Most LI voters are liberals. They can't see the truth even if it runs them over with a bus. Liberalism is a mental disorder.

Destroy the economy, recreate “needed jobs” in the image of Fedzilla. How convenient. The Church Lady was a prophetess.

Anybody with money to spare on entertainment deserves the treatment because they aren’t very smart. Do the dirty work of TSA and watch for free!

The blue glove looks to be yet another identification mark of the fedgovbeast. “Could it be Satan?” (/rhetorical question).

We are SO near a total dictatorship.

We're already there. The command and control aspect of the new regime is not fully in place, but it is being tested regularly. The problem they'll face is compliance by local enforcement agencies. For instance, getting a county sheriff from podunk Mississippi to play ball with a bunch of Feds will be difficult, but the C&C for local/state/federal compliance in, say, New York state is all but complete.

Full federal dictatorship will require compliant governors all the way down to mayors and councilmen & councilwomen. If state governors push back, they'll have federal monies revoked or suspended in the name of executive privilege. As they comply, their state enforcement agencies will either be federalized or disbanded in lieu of federal agencies such as the TSA/DHS. When the state agencies are usurped, local agencies will be next with county sheriffs in the crosshairs.

As county sheriffs begin to comply, a piecemeal enforcement blanket can be enacted, eventually forcing noncompliant agencies to either comply or be disbanded by the governor in the name of state law. The rot will start in big cities. In my state of Florida, I expect to see major metros like Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami-Dade, Sarasota, Tampa, St. Pete-Clearwater, Tallahassee, and Pensacola go first. The agencies will cede control to federal government agencies, essentially federalizing law enforcement. Crime will grow exponentially as 911 will be overwhelmed and response will become patchy due to a lack of actual boots on the ground.

As "the People" become increasingly concerned for their safety, the government will enact strict regulations around when and where we can travel such as curfews and safe zones such as large employer complexes wherein firearms will be prohibited. Once the local command and control is in place, state governments will topple, as their need will be questionable, and the federal government will take over from the small town to the metro to the state, region, and eventually the nation.

This has been done many times throughout history. The steps taken to get there have been multifaceted, but the end result is ALWAYS the same. People are paying too much attention to Obama the person and not the government in general. While Obama is spewing garbage, his agencies are putting power structures in place with a simple flick-of-the-switch being the only necessary component remaining to start the whole system.

Hope is not a strategy. Hoping this doesn't come to pass isn't going to make it so. I believe our election process has been hijacked. I believe our local governments are conspiring with specific agencies to enact massive changes (i.e. Agenda 21) behind our backs in the name of "change."

I truly believe the time for us to "rise up" as our Founder would have is long gone. Concentrated, centralized resistance will be necessary, but I personally don't believe we have enough command veterans willing to fire up that sort of C&C in a militia.
