People are harder to control when they are independently mobile.
Over 70% of the UK electricity comes from coal and Natural Gas, add Nuclear and it is over 90%.

...and when it does they’ll get to keep their gas/diesel cars while everyone one else has to make other arrangements. Its he liberal way, liberal for them not so much for you.
They don’t need to worry, because by 2040 the UK as we know it will have ceased to exist. The new little prince will have to live in exile, or face being killed by the muslim majority population. Stick a fork in Britain, it’s done!
