Citing “national security interests,” President Obama effectively sidestepped Congress by signing an executive order which enables him to send $500 million to fund Muslim terrorists in the West Bank.
The executive order, addressed to Secretary of State John Kerry, was quietly signed Friday afternoon, as the media’s full attention was focused upon a royal birth.
In the order, President Obama writes, “I hereby certify that it is important to the national security interests of the United States to waive the provisions of section 7040(a) of the Act as carried forward by the CR, in order to provide funds appropriated to carry out chapter 4 of part II of the Foreign Assistance Act, as amended, to the Palestinian Authority.”
The move comes on the heels of a 2012 executive order in which Obama waived a congressional ban on funding the Palestinian Authority and sent the Hamas terror led organization $147 million American taxpayer dollars.

How can the Congress stand by and watch this happening?
A provisional government should move in, take command and promptly empty out the White Hut and the halls of Congress along with the Supreme Court. All governmental bodies are dysfunctional, delusional and void of any love of country, patriotism or understanding of our violated Constitution.

That "provisional government" you are talking about would be a military coup.
Which means the Joint Chiefs in concert with the Pentagon and possibly the DOD (well, maybe not the DOD- they are part of the existing government).

And it is amazing ot me how many Christians are mesmerized by him. It could not be any more clear, who Obama is to us.. and yet, they worship him.
It has been a cold and hard reality, seeing people I thought were believers, fall for Obama.
But then again, if I believe the word, then I should have been prepared. Right?
Just goes to show that there is nothing new under the sun.
Compound that by the rest of the “operatives” and you have real vote fraud...

Isn’t there some way to challenge this — Congress should look into this, how can he keep bypassing Congress?! There must be a limit of what can be done by executive orders.

Anyone earning their living and paying income tax is a successful capitalist. Only the degree of success varies.
And nearly ALL "side with the forces of Communism and evil" because they support those forces financially, by paying the income tax.

And Obama has signed an executive order about elections and am wondering if the recent DOJ actions in Texas regarding voting has anything to do with this EO, or if it is related to immigration - anyone know?
