Isn’t there some way to challenge this — Congress should look into this, how can he keep bypassing Congress?! There must be a limit of what can be done by executive orders.

Congressional recourse:

Excerpt:
If Congress does not like what the executive branch is doing, it has two main options. First, it may rewrite or amend a previous law, or spell it out in greater detail how the Executive Branch must act. Of course, the President has the right to veto the bill if he disagrees with it, so, in practice, a 2/3 majority if often required to override an Executive Order.

There was ONE instance where an EO was revoked:

The House approved a bill to rescind the executive order President Obama signed last week that ended the pay freeze on federal employees, which meant that some federal workers would be getting a raise—including members of Congress.

AND - this was introduced, but results are unknown (probably did not pass).

With crap like this going on and the Congress doing and saying nothing about it is proof positive that our nation will slide into the slime without any interference.

"Executive order" is not a constitutional term. In fact, given the remote possibility that you haven't seen the following material about executive orders you may find it interesting.

First, the Founding States made the Constitution's Sections 1-3 of Article I to clarify that all federal legislative powers are vested in the elected members of Congress, not the executive or judicial branches. In fact, undoubtedly based on the statutes referenced above, the Supreme Court has already clarified in Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer that executive orders do not have the force of law unless supported by legislation by Congress.

Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer

So given that executive orders need legislative support by Congress, the idea of Obama using executive orders to bypass Congress, especially since Congress is divided at this time, is pure theater imo, Obama and the corrupt media, including Obama guard dog Fx News, probably trying to make Obama look like a king writing edicts in the eyes of the low-information voters who blindly support him.

Again, I'm inclined to point the finger at Congress as much as Obama with respect to Obama's constitutonally indefensible foreign aid to terrorists as per the title of this thread. That is why I'm encouraging voters to put as many new conservative faces as they can into Congress for the 2014 elections.
