First, the GOP must decide to shutdown O2 to RINO Boehner.
Get rid of that jerk by any means possible, or go the way of Detroit.
He is small slime - studying to become big time slime under the Slimemeister, Barack Slimebama.

Finally! Some REAL action against Obamacare rather than those stupid bills to “recind” it, that have ZERO chance if succeeding.
At least this would finally be utilizing what real (albeit small) power the Republicans still have over it.
Now if only they have the cuts to see it through to the end. Somehow, I think NOT.
I’ll start getting excited if they seem like they are going to stick with this plan. Until then, I’ll reserve any praise for the Pubbies.

You can always count on John McLame and his Gang Of Whatever to come riding in at the last moment with a coordinated surrender.

Fifty three Democrats will vote to end any filibuster. Two independents will vote to end any filibuster. McCain and Graham and Collins and Kirk will vote to end it. All they need is one more Republican and it’s a moot point.

RE: Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) said hes recruited more than a dozen Senate Republicans willing to shut down the government to prevent President Obamas healthcare law from going into effect.
If funding is to be withheld for Obamacare, It's not going to come from the Dem controlled Senate. IT MUST COME FROM THE HOUSE.
Thus far, the House has done nothing but pass bills to REPEAL Obamacare (37 times thus far). It's not going to work as long as Harry Reid is majority leader.
Time to try another strategery (sic). DEFUND Obamacare.

Wow!
Twelve whole Republicans?

“All they need is one more Republican and its a moot point.”
They can count on Rubio for that. He might hold out for some more illegal immgrant dollars before caving.

Let’s keep an eye on this, but let’s stay focused for a minute on Obamacare.

There is a House bill (in fact, there have been several, IIRC), but it will have no clout without Senate support. They are not withholding funding (because they can’t); they are saying that if it is funded, they will not allow the rest of the government to go ahead.
This is a very positive thing, because as long as Harry Reid is in charge and the Dems have a majority, they’re not going to be able to actually repeal the thing.

As long as GOP campaign contributors are making money on contracts pretending to implement it, it will never be repealed.

...more than a dozen Senate Republicans ... Pathetic. Every dang GOP Senator should kill O'CommieCare.

EXACTLY the type of backbone we need. EXACTLY the type of backbone John Boehner should have shown as Speaker of the House.
He needs a junior senator to show him the way?
