Congressman Frank Wolf, a Republican from Virginia, said today on the House floor that survivors of the Benghazi terror attack have been forced to sign non-disclosure agreements: "On Tuesday I raised the question of why none of the Benghazi survivors, whether State Department, CIA, or private security contract employees have testified publicly before Congress," said Wolf.
"According to trusted sources that have contacted my office, many if not all of the survivors of the Benghazi attacks along with others at the Department of Defense, the CIA have been asked or directed to sign additional non-disclosure agreements about their involvement in the Benghazi attacks. Some of these new NDAs, as they call them, I have been told were signed as recently as this summer."
Wolf continued: "It is worth nothing that the Marine Corps Times yesterday reported that the Marine colonel whose task force was responsible for special operations in northern and western Africa at the time of the attack is still on active duty despite claims that he retired. And therefore could not be forced to testify before Congress.
"If these reports are accurate, this would be a stunning revelation .......

Sign or not get paid for what they have done. That is what it is. My wife worked for stinking Bank of America. She was there 32 years. One morning they called everyone around the country that did the same job as her section. All were told their jobs were terminated. They would get one year’s salary IF THEY SIGNED a document saying they would not sue for age discrimination in the future. It seems that over 75% of the people in these jobs were over age 55 and had been with the bank for years. No signature, no year’s buy out. My wife signed, took the money and had enough time to at least officially retire. Same crap. Sign or take your chances IF YOU CAN PROVE that we did this because of age.

Non disclosure does not trump a Congressional subpoena as far as I know.
Yes, we have both corruption and a coup. We need to quit soft peddling this and admit what has happened. Our nation has been taken over from the inside by communists that have been elected by the sheeple who were progressively dumbed down. The cycle is complete. The enemy is becoming more bold by the day. They have infiltrated every single organization int he government. Where they can’t control, and there are very few of those places, they block, confound, destroy and corrupt to foil any effort of normalcy by anyone.
Congress has shown that it is completely unable to protect whistleblowers. They may hold a hearing, sound stern, huff and puff, but the Obama Regime just does what it wants and Holder wears his Contempt of Congress citation like a badge of honor. At this stage, I don't think any House hearing or disclosure will make any difference.

Yes, it happens all the time. Deferred compensation in most companies is a carrot dangled for fools. The company can cut it off any time. There is no honor, no shame, no guilt. It all brings up horrible memories.
I tell kids to take a job only for the training and then quit and go independent if you can as soon as you can. Many times Corporations will not keep you through the valleys. The unwritten contract of loyalty between labor and management is pretty much just dead. You’ll only be kept and paid as long as you are immediately useful. Not useful for any time, thrown away.
My private banker at BoA was summarily dismissed just as your wife. After that the bank got worse each time I went there. Eventually it looked like a pay day loan agency for illegals. The staff were all spanish speakers. The day one of them made a remark about my balance I told him to get the manager. In his presence at the counter I told them very loudly I wanted a cashier’s check for my entire balance, all my business accounts.
I hate Bank of America. They insult what was once a great name and nation.

The Marine Corp is a relatively small service and that particular Marine Col is known to almost all senior officers. If he ever expects to make General..or avoid being assigned as Senior Liaison Officer Thule Greenland..he will have to stay silent, but his name should easily be identified. It probably was on the old website of AFRICOM.

Ok, lets have a copy (sans names etc) of such an NDA.
Now we need to find out who threatened them to get them to sign these NDA’s. And who lied about the Marine guy being retired...
And the question every reasonable person is asking is this: WHY ARE THEY COMMITTING SO MANY CRIMES TO COVER WHAT REALLY HAPPENED IN BENGHAZI???
