Full immunity????? So she can lie and say that no one else told her what to do, that she’s “fully to blame”, and now “you can’t prosecute me for everything I’ve just told you”!<

True. But, if she says 'no higher ups were involved'..the trail stops at her gate.....and then how do you prove that not to be true if the 'higher ups' also say they were not involved?

I have to laugh, the democrats gave full immunity to Ollie North without knowing what he would say...they then tried to prosecute him for his testimony...was thrown out of court. He said things the democrats didn’t like and made them look like the azzholes they were..you never give immunity until you know what the person will say....you are so right Mr. K.......:O)

full immunity cannot be criminalized after the fact. There are different kinds of immunity and if your stupid, you could be taken to court. Full Immunity means just that....full immunity to anything you say...

If she is given Use immunity she must tell the truth and the whole truth. If she is caught in a lie of less than the truth completely, the deal is broken and she becomes liable, once again, for her actions without immunity. If she tell the entire truth she is home free.

Actually when congress grants you immunity it is for things you have done, not those you are going to do and if you perjure yourself you are not immune to prosecution for that. Immunity before congress means you cannot take the fifth for anything you have done so basically it forces you to testify.

I think you can give her limited immunity which she should accept or look really bad.

That is you give her immunity for little things such as violating some obscure regulation, but no immunity for the big items such as if she was actively conspiring with others to attack conservative groups.
