I doubt there’s a single person from the top down at least 2 levels in the Federal government who hasn’t done SOMETHING against the law. Yet we’re all just sitting here.
I don’t believe the United States of America exists any more. We are a group of sovereign states, but the Federal government is a dictatorship. There’s not a free-thinking man among them.

Defense Sec. Panetta On CBS: Navy SEAL Should Be Disciplined For Publishing Book On Bin Laden Raid
September 11th, 2012
Defense Secretary Leon Panetta appeared on CBS This Morning, and finally opened up about the controversial book written by a Navy SEAL detailing the raid that took out Osama bin Laden. Panetta suggested that the SEAL could face heavy punishment because if the government did not take such action, others would interpret it as a sign that military officials could go public about any secret missions without facing the proper consequences.
Norah ODonnell asked Panetta, who was the director of the CIA when the raid was carried out, why the government is unhappy with the book by the Navy SEAL coming out when the government itself provided information about the bin Laden raid to several news publications and the makers of a Hollywood film about the raid. Panetta said that there is a clear difference between government officials being authorized to provide information to certain individuals and a lone individual releasing details on his own terms.
When ODonnell asked if the SEAL should be prosecuted for writing the book, Panetta said some disciplinary action should be taken to discourage future activity by military members.
I think we have to take steps to make clear to him and the American people that were not going to accept this kind of behavior, because if we dont, then everybody else who pledges to ensure that that doesnt happen is going to get the wrong signal, that somehow they can do it without any penalty to be played.
Panetta, Clinton, Huma, and Obama wanted them DEAD.
Reasons unclear fully as yet, except they always
are there to help al Qaeda over ANY American.
SEAL Parents: Obama Put Our Kids in Danger
Panetta hints at reprisals for author of bin Laden book
By Kevin Spak, Newser Staff
Sep 11, 2012
(Newser) The parents of one of the members of SEAL Team Six say President Obama endangered their son, and the entire unit, by publicly identifying it as the team that killed Osama Bin Laden. “Aaron called me up and said, ‘Mom, you need to wipe your social media clean of any reference to me or any of my buddies,’” Aaron Vaughn’s mom tells Fox News. “’There’s chatter, and all of our lives could be in danger, including yours.’ Then I realized all of those families were all of a sudden made targets by this administration.” Vaughn was killed in Afghanistan last year.
The accusation hits amidst controversy over a new book from an ex-SEAL Team Six member giving an insider account of the bin Laden raid. Leon Panetta hinted this morning that there might be reprisals for the author. “We have to take steps to make clear to him and to the American people that we’re not going to accept this kind of behavior,” he told CBS, according to the AP.
Meanwhile, Shakil Afridi, the Pakistani doctor whose intelligence made the raid possible, tells Fox News that Pakistani intelligence views the US as “our worst enemies, worse than the Indians. I tried to argue that America was Pakistan’s biggest supporter but all they said was ‘These are our worse enemies.’” Afridi also said it was “indisputable” that the ISI funds the Haqqani network and other militants.

The Man Who Killed Osama bin Laden... Is Screwed
For the first time, the Navy SEAL who killed Osama bin Laden tells his story speaking not just about the raid and the three shots that changed history, but about the personal aftermath for himself and his family. And the startling failure of the United States government to help its most experienced and skilled warriors carry on with their lives.
The man who shot and killed Osama bin Laden sat in a wicker chair in my backyard, wondering how he was going to feed his wife and kids or pay for their medical care.
What is much harder to understand is that a man with hundreds of successful war missions, one of the most decorated combat veterans of our age, who capped his career by terminating bin Laden, has no landing pad in civilian life.
Others also knew, from the commander-in-chief on down. The bin Laden shooting was a staple of presidential-campaign brags. One big-budget movie, several books, and a whole drawerful of documentaries and TV films have fortified the brave images of the Shooter and his ST6 Red Squadron members.
There is commerce attached to the mission, and people are capitalizing. Just not the triggerman. While others collect, he is cautious and careful not to dishonor anyone. His manners come at his own expense.
“No one who fights for this country overseas should ever have to fight for a job,” Barack Obama said last Veterans’ Day, “or a roof over their head, or the care that they have earned when they come home.”
But the Shooter will discover soon enough that when he leaves after sixteen years in the Navy, his body filled with scar tissue, arthritis, tendonitis, eye damage, and blown disks, here is what he gets from his employer and a grateful nation:
Nothing. No pension, no healthcare for his wife and kids, no protection for himself or his family.
When the family asked about any kind of government protection should the Shooter’s name come out, they were advised that they could go into a witness-protection-like program.
Just as soon as the Department of Defense creates one.
“They [SEAL command] told me they could get me a job driving a beer truck in Milwaukee” under an assumed identity. Like Mafia snitches, they would not be able to contact their families or friends. “We’d lose everything.”

Panetta on National Security Leaks: President Obama Did It, and That Makes It Okay
by Bryan Preston
September 11, 2012 - 6:51 am
Defense Secretary Leon Panetta made a striking admission today. In an interview with CBS Norah ODonnell, Panetta threatened legal action against the Navy SEAL who wrote, under a pen name, about the raid that killed terrorist Osama bin Laden. Panetta said that any sanctions against the SEAL, who wrote No Easy Day under the name Mark Owen, would be intended to send a message that others entrusted with national security secrets should not divulge what they know.
ODonnell then asked Panetta a direct question: Whats the difference between what the SEAL did and the leaks that have come from the administration to journalists and filmmakers? Panetta spun: Theres a fundamental difference. The people that presented some of the details of the operations were authorized to do that by the president of the United States, who has that authority to do that, and inform the American people as to what happened. In this case, that was not the case. And thats the difference.
Among the information that Panetta now says the president authorized to be released were the identities of the leaders of the SEAL team that killed bin Laden. Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence Michael Vickers released that classified information to Hollywood producers who were working on the film Zero Dark Thirty, which was at that time intended for release just weeks before the 2012 presidential election. Vickers remains in his job. No one in the administration has come under any penalty for the numerous and damaging leaks of other operations, including President Obamas kill list, US assistance to the rebellion in Syria, and the ongoing cyber war against Iran.
Now we know why: Despite the administrations denials, President Obama himself authorized those leaks.
More: SEAL Team Six parents say the leaks put targets on the troops backs.
This should be a prison term.
