They also requested that the sentencing memo, however, be partially "under seal," or out of public view, as it "will contain personal sensitive details about [Jackson's] medical condition, as well as the medical condition of one of his family members," the Sun-Times reported.

"I'm not bound by the sentencing guidelines," Judge Robert Wilkins said earlier in court, noting he cannot go beyond the maximum of five years. "The sentencing guidelines are advisory, and they are something I am bound to consider."

October 15, 2012 - Jesse Jackson Jr. spotted drinking in D.C. bar: report
Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. has been spotted out at a Washington D.C. bar two nights last week, according to Gawker.
Jackson disappeared earlier this summer before it was revealed that he was staying at the Mayo Clinic while seeking treatment for bipolar disorder.
Did he vote for Obamacare? He’s worried about medical records and privacy. F-ya, dude.
“Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. has been spotted out at a Washington D.C. bar two nights last week...”
Nothin’ like a depressant to help chase away the blues!
Actually, I agree with Jackson. But I don’t think it should be limited to him. I am all in favor of repealing HIPAA, which makes medical records available to the government at will.
The heck with that. I don’t want the government involving itself with what I do with my doctor, any more than I want the government to be able to access what I say to my religious leader, priest or reverend.
NOT THEIR BUSINESS. BUTT OUT!
No telling where his DNA has ended up. He likes it that way.
public figure public record, sucks to be you JJjr
With ObamaCare we will get to know if he wanted to have sex with mommy. Just wait.
I wonder why he is so shrill about it? What does he have to hide?
Schizophrenia....cocaine addiction....undecended testes...triskaidekaphobia.Don’t worry,Junior,as Dirty Harry said about Mitt Romney (from the floor of the Senate so he couldn’t be sued),”the word’s out”.
FU3J, really hard
Would like to do some DNA testing:
Michelle Robinson O spent enough time in the Jesse Robinson Jackson family to be called Sis by the siblings
Jesse biological dad was Noah Robinson from the same Friends Plantation area as MO parents
Noah jr is doing life for his involvement with street gang-El Ruhk - drugs/murder for hire/male female prostitution/gun running to Lybia
( maybe the two can share a cell)
More trivia. El Ruhk (who was converted to Islam en masse by Louis F) territory overlapped the community that BO organized
Possibly AIDS, assorted STDs, maybe a tiny winkie, hemorrhoids,....
Trying to think of what else might be embarrassing....
As much as I dislike this person, I do believe he has the right to keep his medical records private. We all do. That includes our DNA.
B0 will then get them unsealed, because B0 believes so strongly in the public’s right to know.
Wow! Amazing.
And I agree with you agreeing with Jackson.
I was perplexed why, in the $800 billion stimulus bill, that it allocated about $44 BILLION (!!!) to develop a national database for medical records... Then, along came Obamacare about a year later.
Ahhh... a liberal cabal had Obamacare pre-written from Hillarycare and Romneycare, allocated $44 billion for infrastructure before the legal framework existed, stole a few elections with dead voters, then rammed through AHCA by "deeming it passed".
Now, they have their death panels - enforced by the only government organization that had the power to take Al Capone down...
What, me worry?
Gee... I sympathize with him.
If BPD is listed in public record, he might not be able to get a CONCEALED CARRY PERMIT.
Well, D'UH!!
It finally happened.
The nuts are really running the asylum.
Would it be a felony to opine that it might not be the wisest choice?
