Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. has been spotted out at a Washington D.C. bar two nights last week, according to Gawker.
Jackson disappeared earlier this summer before it was revealed that he was staying at the Mayo Clinic while seeking treatment for bipolar disorder.
Did he vote for Obamacare? He’s worried about medical records and privacy. F-ya, dude.

Actually, I agree with Jackson. But I don’t think it should be limited to him. I am all in favor of repealing HIPAA, which makes medical records available to the government at will.
The heck with that. I don’t want the government involving itself with what I do with my doctor, any more than I want the government to be able to access what I say to my religious leader, priest or reverend.
