IRS breaks the rules (Take you blood pressure medicine before reading)
The Boston Herald ^ | May 18, 2013 | Staff

It eventually comes down to who — who at the IRS was responsible for targeting conservative and Tea Party groups for special scrutiny.

Because, after all, you can’t put a “system” in jail. You can’t put a report in prison. You can’t indict a department for corruption. At the end of the day it’s people who are responsible for using the enormous powers of the Internal Revenue Service to go after other people and groups because of their political beliefs.

U.S. Rep. Kevin Brady (R-Texas) told the tale of one of his constituents who applied for tax-exempt status for her Tea Party group in July 2010. Twenty months later she got her first response from the IRS, a letter with dozens of questions. She answered them all, but she’s still waiting for approval. However, during the intervening three years she was visited by the FBI’s domestic terrorism unit, had four additional FBI inquiries, had both her personal and business taxes audited and been the subject of an OSHA inspection.

Brady then asked ousted IRS head Steven Miller if the IRS was in the habit of sharing information with other federal agencies, which under these circumstances would be illegal.

“I would be shocked, congressman, if that happened,” he said.

Livingston. And nobody to this day knows who hired him.

In 1913, the 16th Amendment gave the government the power to levy an income tax, and saddled the American people with the most burdensome, intrusive and abuse-prone revenue-generating system imaginable.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

My suggestion:

1) Totally abolish the IRS

2) The federal government sends each governor a tax bill. The size of the bill is based upon the last census.

3) Each state figures out a way to pay the federal tax bill

Result: Given 57 states ( Opps! FIFTY states) the best, least intrusive, and least economically damaging way to collect this federal tax will emerge.

But next time it will be worse - people won’t just be silenced, they’ll be ruined. Homes forclosed, bank accounts frozen, ... and not just of the particular individual either. His family members, friends, associates will be ruined too.

Then come the "disappearances".

Are the names, addresses, and phone numbers of these individuals who visited this woman known? What about their managers and higher level supervisors?

This single case proves that it was not just a couple of "rogue agents" at the IRS. It was the IRS, the FBU, and OSHA. Who has the power to set all of these agencies against a single person? No single low level individual could get an agency outside their chain of command to target one particular individual.

Amen, amen!!

Valarie Jarett is one extremely dangerous Persian.

Agreed, she is a very dangerous person. But just for the record, Jarett is not a Persian. She was born in Iran to American parents. More.

Am i the only one who was wondering where the tea party people were throughout the 2012 election cycle? I kept thinking, “My gosh, it has only been a few years since the 2010 election, so where are they?!” Now i know. This is criminal, and i am outraged.

No, you are not the only one ... I wondered the exact same thing ... I figured the MSM would ignore any TP activity, but you couldn't find much TP info anywhere... now the pieces are falling into place.

Outrage is putting it mildly.

As with any criminal activity, no matter how well engineered, there is always one mistake - one overlooked weak link - that brings the house of cards tumbling down. At the minimum I pray that enough elected Washington officials realize the IRS should NOT be the agency overseeing health care and scrap the implementation of this infernal machine in time.

I missed a few days of the news cycle when the IRS scandle broke... when some IRS official apologized out of the blue, for no apparent reason. Can anyone tell me why they did that?

They are not coming down on our side. They are crying crocodile tears.

Slight of hand technique. They get the opposition focused on something they already did in order to pave the way for the next set of issues which has little opposition that can be quickly mustered against which also prevents the needed momentum for the opposition. Lenin’s Cheka did this exact thing(though it did happen under Stalin’s consolidation of power) I believe in 1928.

A defector told of how the western countries where played by them through the use of the White Russian uprising where most of the key players in the movement where either compromised or on the payroll of the Cheka. They would arrange bombings, prison breakouts, etc to give the air of legitimacy. They used the NEP(New economic policy) to infuse a dead economy with western credits and of course western business that would set up shop and almost immediately be subject to harassment, organized strikes, unfavorable changes in contracts since they literally had a gun pointed to there head, in this case there business assets. And of course there where other things.

To make matters worse, that defector that told of all that had been done.... he re-defected back to Russia and was given a promotion.

Obama is not Saul Alinsky, he may use his more modern techniques which where derived from people like Lenin, but ultimately Obama is the reincarnation of V.I. Lenin more than anything else. If you or anyone else think that he and his partners in crime are leaving if elected out of office, you have a massive wake up call coming. The only way there leaving, is if you dig them out like a well imbedded Tick. One is not so bad, but a massive amount is another issue.

This is complete oppression , tyranny and rigging an election.

Of course it is...

Entire government departments are threatening, intimidating, auditing and harassing those who fail to comply politically...

It's become clear, if you fail to conform government is coming after you.

This is exactly what the GD Nazi's did.

What's especially damning is that this was reported to congress critters for over 2 years and nothing whatsoever was done from either side until the IG report came out this week. Complacency? Conspiracy?

There was no traction until a government agency documented the targeting. But, all of the following was in full view all along - just some of the ObaMao corruptions:

I’m sure I’m missing other MAJOR seditious events by ObaMao. Feel free to fill in the major issues (but adding the medium and low levels problems would fill a library)

Those rogue agents were busy.

Let’s get some names and get this show on the road.

BTW, I liked that “I would be shocked,” non-denial denial.
