You can’t put them in jail, but you damned sure can stop funding this illegal activity. It is bad enough what is happening to us...but to support it with our tax dollars? If we have problems with the IRS, we can thank the Republicans that continually keep funding this stuff. Don’t blame the Democrats, they are the low informatupion, uninformed takers...not their fault, it’s genetic, they probably had a poor childhood. But the Republicans tell us they know better, and that is why we voted for them. They sure look like Democrats today don’t they?
Impeaching Obama is almost second riddle to cleaning house in the various politicized federal agencies to rebuild their credibility and the trust of the american people...
Maybe Congress should start requiring that any correspondence sent out from the IRS must have a contact name on it or the recipient can simply ignore it.

18 USC 1001: it is a felony to lie to a employee of the federal government but it is no crime at all for them to lie to the citizens.

Well....since our tax dollars pay their salaries.... they are really OUR employees. So that law is illogical and yes, needs to be changed. And since the Obama leftists have deemed that the IRS should run roughshod over EVERY American now via ObamaCare enforcement.... we must now throw out ObamaCare along with our current mind-boggling complex tax code and start fresh and new with an across the board flat tax. It's now or never.... literally. But with a wussie (I'm being nice here) like Boehner in control of our ONLY means of power....I fear that nothing will happen to correct these heinous problems we're facing.

When many on this website decided to not vote for Romney because he wasn't conservative enough, or because he had once been pro-choice, or because he was Mormon, or whatever, we get another 4 years of Holder. Good work by those purists. I can hardly wait for the next Supreme Court opening.
