“....The burglary victim struggles with his emotions after he shot a home invasion suspect in the leg and neck in southwest Texas....”
******************************************************************
He’s not “struggling with his emotions”...he’s simply a little pissed at himself for shooting the perp in the leg and the neck. He’s thinking...”damn, that was supposed to be a double tap TO THE CHEST, not the leg and neck”.

Enter at your own risk big time.
After Hurricane Ike, the news punks asked Governer Perry about looting in Galveston County. The head of the DPS spoke up and stated that there was no looting in that country.
Galveston county has the highest per capita persons with conceal/carry licences in the state.

I understand the drastic action that would prompt me to shoot some one.
But once the act is/was committed, I will not react in the same way. ===> Leave no regrets.

Is it legal to shoot a burglar while you are wearing an I heart NY tee shirt?
What would Bloomberg say?

And we have this strange event from last night in Houston:
Police said the man was driving along Pease when he apparently lost control of his truck and smashed into the side of a home.
When officers arrived they discovered the man had been shot in the head. He was rushed to a nearby hospital. His condition was not released.
The resident in the home was not hurt.
Police said investigators have no motive or suspects in the case at this time.

“Enter at your own risk.”
The downstairs of my townhouse is small. On the table by my chair is a loaded Ruger 38 special. I take three steps and my hand is on my loaded Ruger rifle. It's surely is a case of “Enter at your own risk.” Being in Texas, I would get a medal if I killed an intruder. Someone who breaks in your house will kill you unless you kill him first. Be first.
