Sanford is 100% conservative and will make a fine member of the House. He’ll be one of it’s most conservative members.

And so far he’s not been elected president, where he can get free BJs from 21 year old interns and rape two women in the Oval Office.

>>>”Search twitter etc & see Democrats saying we GOP voters should have rejected him based on our Conservative standards etc.”

>That’s the trap. The Dems can torpedo any Rep candidate by just finding something that will upset those who demand saints for candidates. As long as he votes conservative on the important votes, I don’t care what he does on his own time.

-—<>-—<>-—<>-—<>-—<>-—

YUP! (Though, I admit I tend to express a bit more concern about what he does on his own time because it definitely gives opportunity for blackmail and other distraction)

No, I want Graham defeated in the primary.

By whom? Sanford? Isn't that what you said?

You’re probably right. I’ve given up on all politicians. They seem to be all self-serving and lacking in integrity.

Sanford! Sanford! Sanford!

Guy has the guts to stick with his mistress, unlike Bill Clinton who instead stuck with Hillary who now hopefully gets to be further examined due to Benghazi.

By Sanford or anyone else that can defeat him. I tried to get Graham defeated in 2008 and supported Witherspoon, a dentist. I personally briefed him on the immigration issue. Witherspoon received about a third of the primary vote.

I believe Sanford would have a good shot at defeating Graham should he choose to enter the primary.

Do you have a clue as to what Sanford's positions on the issues are?

What do you disagree with?

re: Enjoy it when he’s the deciding vote for gun control and gay marriage, and when he gets arrested exposing himself to nuns.)))

Sanford is pathological, and will cause us a lot of trouble. His name recognition will get him reelected, and Colbert Busch would have been easier to get rid of in 2014. She would only have had a year to do whatever damage we imagine she could do...now we will have to contend with Sanford.

But he can take that dirty woman away from South Carolina to DC where she can hang out with those of her kind. A lot of cheap sluts in DC. She should be a real hand with a certain kind of fundraising.

Speaking of searching Twitter:

Nice voting SC, you dodged a bullet.

Um, so why doesn't he marry the woman he's flaunting before his wife, children, and most of a disgusted South Carolina? Are they "sinning no more"--or is Sanford now claiming that God approves of his adultery because Sanford is the one committing it?

So if you're tossing around Scripture, maybe you can read Jude, a short chapter, where Jesus' brother admonishes people to help the sinner without joining in on the sin, or allowing that sin to corrupt others. Looks to me like you're joining in.

My sympathies lie with the betrayed state of SC, and the betrayed wife and family. Not with a whoremonger and his whore.

Life and Liberty
January 27, 2013 by Mark Sanford

Mark attended Thomas Jefferson’s so called “Academic Village” for graduate school. Whether it was there at Virginia, or years earlier under his father’s lessons at the farm, somewhere along the way he developed a life’s passion for liberty and freedom – hallmarks of the American experiment. The central tenant of his political philosophy has always been rooted in maximizing personal freedom…which is in turn why he believes so strongly in limiting government. He has always believed that politics boiled down to one simple question, “Who is going to make the decision, you or somebody else?

In a society of limited government, you make the choices about your life. In a political society, which is inevitable as government grows, someone else does. For that reason George Washington warned us that, “Government is not reason, it is not eloquence — it is force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearsome master.” This was the thinking of each of the founding fathers, and this is why he believes they were so deliberate about including the right to keep and bear arms. Mark has always been a staunch defender of the second amendment and would continue to be so if elected to Congress.

Of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness, no right is more fundamental than that of life, and as such, Mark is pro-life, believing that life begins at conception.

More than anything he has come to believe that a limited government is vital to the pursuit of happiness. The ability to pursue one’s dreams, to build a family, to use one’s talents to help others and to glorify God and so much more – rests in a limited government that leaves each one of us with the financial resources and freedom to pursue these things.

It’s for these reasons that all of his focus on making government smaller, more efficient and more accountable is ultimately aimed in one final direction…the birthright of all Americans, freedom.

Oh. Well, you’ll have to get a new tagline when you become a TX-un anyway. Try not to act too superior to South Carolina FReepers once you get there.”

South Carolina is in good shape even if you got a lousy congressional cannadit. If anything that proves that the South Carolina GOP needs to ramp up their recruiting operation.

Yeah, I really liked his top priority for his re-election campaign for governor:

Keeping South Carolina home to my and Jenny's four little boys is the theme of the campaign.

Oh. Barf. Retch. Puke.

You know why Sanford decided to run?

He was contacted by a bunch of his out of work hacks who were at loose ends after he finished his term (after we in SC begged him to quit!!). They wanted their phony political jobs back. They miss Washington.

So he ran, using his name recognition, knocking a *decent* man out of the running, conspiring with Democrats to jimmy the primary, because the Democrats thought they had a chance at the seat with a disgusting disgraced SOB like Sanford running. They know he's a loony tunes, and will sooner or later blow up again.

Don't give me any resume recitations. I know that Sanford can't do anything but run for office and chase cheap, lice-infested tail. He didn't serve in the military and he never ran a business. He married an heiress, she ran his campaigns, and now he's got a bunch a sickening flunkies who get a free ride to DC.

Bah. And, bah.

I hope he is voted out in next year's primary.

I hope he beats out Lindsey Graham in next year's Senate primary.
