Regarding Callista Gingrich's look - that's her usual "helmet-head" hairdo (I've seen it several times in person... it NEVER EVER moves). Callista was caught on camera laughing several times, though, so at least she looked rather human tonight.

Nice touch of the evening: The 5 military forces theme songs in a rousing medley by the Marine Corps Band....with vets and actives asked to stand during the playing of their particular branch's song.

I loved that as well... I'm pretty sure that was Ed Henry's (of Fox News) idea. I noticed that several bubble-headed celebrities and other libs in the crowd looked a bit confused though...

Conan had some funny lines tonight, but I'm so tired of these liberal comedians with their tame cutesy puffball "jokes" about their beloved 'RAT presidents, while they go in for the kill and attack Republicans and conservatives.

When GWB attended the WHCA Dinner for 8 years, he and Republicans were trashed relentlessly by leftist comedians, Stephen Colbert being the worst, if memory serves me. Colbert went after Dubya with a super-nasty vengeance, right to his face. It was completely over the top and out of line, IMO.

You just do NOT see that from these comedians when a 'RAT is in the White House. Conan has no worries about receiving any "audit" from the Obozo White House...
