Anyone remember the TV show of that name back in the 60s? That Was the Week that Was

As I remember it it was pretty good.

Yes. I do remember it. It was inspired by a British show of the same name.

Pretty much everyone called it TW3. Hosted by David Frost. Great, creative show. Started following the assassination of JFK. I remember becoming very verklempt when it went off the air.

As I recall they incorporated highlights of the week’s events into the theme song. So it changed every week.

But the melody was the same. I remember “twtwtw, it’s over, let it go” Now that I think about it, I’m surprized my mom let me watch.
