A large explosion rocked the town of West, Texas, 19 miles north of Waco, on Wednesday evening.

The left wing media are trying to keep the focus on their agenda and keep talking guns and immigration as they know as time goes by the people have become fed up of hearing about it but to ignore TX and the explosion is down right disgusting.
It shows hey put agendas and their views above all else , though saying that TX is the south and I bet if this explosion happened in Chicago NY City or in New England then they would cover it but as it happened in TX then they don’t care

Its been nothing but Waco news on the FNC all this morning, displaced everything else, hardly any Marathon news or the smackdown of the gungrab bill.

Obummer and comrades are probably all taking off for individual vacations, they have no momentum, no followers, no outrage in masse.

Agree FOX and CNN are talking about TX but every time I flick over to the far left MSLSD they keep talking guns and once in a while mention Boston, even their top headlines they mentioned a package was cleared at Miami airport and never once mentioned TX.

It certainly shows just how far gone NBC, MSLSD are, when they can’t even mention a massive explosion which killed more probably than Boston, done more damage that Boston and the worst is still not being revealed but then again to the far elft the south unless it;’s a massive city is not important an they want people to keep talking gun control

Probably more like that there is damage up to a 5 mile radius (broken windows, etc...). The more serious damage is going to be under a 1 mile radius...

There are pictures of the explosion from the kolache place, and other areas...and those are easily within the 5 mile radius. The buildings there appear to be in decent shape.

I imagine we will begin to see helicopter views of the town within short order....

Fox just reported the statement, perhaps he misspoke due to his emotions.
Thanks for clarifying.

Ok. Thanks. Stand corrected on the waco date. I should verify other freeper’s claims first.

I agree...with all of the emotions among the locals, I can see there being a lot of statements like this coming out. I am hoping that this is the same case with the casualty count...Usually they start off high, then the usually go back down...I remember the Boston Marathon, there were several outlets saying 12 people were dead.

I will say, unfortunately that the first responders, and possibly fertilizer plant people on site are probably dead.

Its the way it is, the progressive agenda constantly flogging the dead jackasse while Americans are dying in other disasters.
If a comet hits earth, the New Madrid superquake happens, Yellowstone erupts, the NORKS nuke Hawaii they will STILL want to keep on marching to their Marxist tunes.

Fortunately less and less are paying them any attention.
Like Obama will likely go golfing today or head out of the country on Air Force One, just to avoid being a leader of the nation. He could care less about Texas or killed firefighters, they mean nothing to him because he cannot use them politically.

I’m looking forward to the day when the low info voters wake up and stop watching their propaganda networks.

I;ts hard for me to imagine that anyone could take MSLSD seriously, it’s so far left, their slogan is lean forward, they have their pundits making AD’s pushing the left wing agenda.
How anyone can call it a serious news network is beyond me.

TX SGt Patrick Swanton said they still don’t know the cause of the fire.

Also, fire fighters who first responded to fire are still missing.

Given there was a fire early in the day that was extinguished, but then flared up again, this screams accident.

Yeah. I think so, too. Sounds like they were having problems.

I heard the explosion killed all her pets. Don’t know what kind though.
Somewhere on the web someone started a place to find missing or wounded pets.

Wikipedia says this is the 25th listed fertilizer explosion. The one before this was in Bryan, Texas in 2009 - no deaths in that one.

It happens.
