By Pete Williams, Kristen Welker and Erin McClam, NBC News Federal agents on Wednesday arrested a suspect in the mailing of letters to President Barack Obama and a U.S. senator that initially tested positive for the poison ricin.
The suspect was identified as Kenneth Curtis of Tupelo, Miss., federal officials told NBC News.
Both letters carried an identical closing statement, according to an FBI bulletin obtained by NBC News on Wednesday.
According to the FBI bulletin, both letters, postmarked April 8, 2013 out of Memphis, Tenn., included an identical phrase, "to see a wrong and not expose it, is to become a silent partner to its continuance."
In addition, both letters are signed: "I am KC and I approve this message."

Media has their white guy!!!
They can sure move pretty damn fast when the elites are targeted.
Kinda figured he was from Mississippi...Who the hell sends ricin to an unknown Mississippi Senator.
The “Sunshine Band” is gonna miss him....
But he also sent it to the usurper, Cornyn and Levin. Kind of random.
I love Festus. Never realized what a huge role he had in Gunsmoke. He stars in many shows. Lovin’ the reruns!!
Just pray for the USA at this point in time....sickening week and its only Wednesday.
could be more IRS agents.
"Two dozen present and former IRS workers indicted in Memphis "
This doesn’t smell right.
Obviously we need to outlaw Mail.
Odumbo wouldn’t do sh**te if a Republican was involved. It just happened odumbo got set one himself.
A suspect has been identified. Of course, the media continues to ignore the mail bomb that was sent to Sheriff Joe Arpaio last week.
Well, the media only now got shamed into covering the abortion trial. Give it time, they may yet give traction to the attack on Joe Arpaio.
I wonder how many relatives he just sprung from prison with that gift.
“I am KC, don’t forget to release my relatives.”
He sure doesn’t sound very bright. My guess is he is a mental case. Signed his stupid initials. I bet it isn’t ricin after all is said and done either.
Wicker is a Republican
So what was the wrong he has issues with?
That’s what i said. My bad, I should’ve worded it better.
Now I get the Gump statement. Stupid is as stupid does.
