Mark Levin EXPLODES: An up or down vote on the 2nd Amendment is unconstitutional!
YouTube ^ | Mark R. Levin

Posted on 04/09/2013 6:28:10 PM PDT by JohnPDuncan

Mark Levin is very angry about the Democrats and Republicans teaming up to 're-write' the 2nd Amendment. He calls upon Americans to contact their senators.

God bless Mark Levin.

I think the problem here is that no one in the 1770s worried about nuts. So we have an open situation where nuts can vote, nuts can buy or sell weapons, and nuts can openly kill people and just get off on any major crimes because of their mental issues. There probably should have been some rule in the beginning that if a judge declared you incompetent....you lost out on most of your rights.

The trouble is now....you can’t revisit this without everyone wanting a 40-page list of funny rules added.

This is what my spouse and I have been saying at home. The 2nd Amendment should never be brought up for ANY changes as they’re planning to do. I just don’t know how this has got so out of control. Those people up there don’t even understand the US constitution. We, the people, don’t matter.

Slow down. Ron Johnson is officially on board with the filibuster.

If you cannot be trusted with a gun, you should not be walking the streets.

Pretty simple.

Ron Johnson has signed on to the filibuster and said this:

“I took an oath to uphold the Constitution,” said Senator Ron Johnson, Republican of Wisconsin.

Are they going to have an “up or down” vote, Article by Article and Amendment by Amendment or will one vote for everything do it? The people I hear and the posts I read (ie. CNN) lead me to believe the Constitution will lose in a landslide. The indoctrination at school and on TV has succeeded.

I feel like it’s 1860, and the coming “Fort Sumter Moment” might just be the Congress meeting to rule up or down on the 2nd Amendment.

Hello? Congress doesn’t have the right to just vote out any of the Bill of Rights!

Please take ten minutes and hear Mark Levin spell it out.

Make this go viral!

We need more people putting stuff on Facebook and other sites. Those of us who already do are constantly on the verge of getting banned, but if the load is spread they can't stop us.

Think he needs to get more emotional.

Wait, I know...

The sound of gunfire and explosions in the background.

Getting slowly louder as the speech continues.

Just kidding, that was awesome.

I agree with Levin - heard him lay it all out tonight. Anyone voting for this bill should be impeached or recalled or whatever for violating his/her oath of office.

We’ve been preparing as though CWII is inevitable. We only hope we are finished by the time the SHTF.

Even though your senator is on board, write him anyhow.

Tell him how much you appreciate his upholding the Constitution and you'll be sure to remember his stand when or if he runs again for re-election.

Every freeper should always write to thank their representatives when they take the conservative position on an important issue.

These politicians like a pat on the back when they're doing good things because they're just as human as we.

Judges determining peoples competance/status/humanness is not a good idea. Think Dredd Scott for a moment.

Hey travis, we’re not there yet... although it can’t be long before they’re sending in someone to confiscate the guns.

I think the registration (”background check”) to get everyone’s name and address is just one step for the left. The next of course will be confiscation but that’s a few years away. They always move slowly the left. look at the last 100 years. They’re not as dumb as we think they are. It’s called “INCREMENTALISM”
