During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on gun control Thursday, Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) shot down a proposed amendment to her “assault weapons” ban that would exempt military veterans from the gun ban. She also made some questionable claims.
Pushing a ban on high-capacity magazines, Feinstein argued that it is “legal to hunt humans with 15-round, 30-round, even 150-round magazines.”
Here’s her dubious rationale:
“The time has come, America, to step up and ban these weapons. The other very important part of this bill is to ban large capacity ammunition feeding devices, those that hold more than 10 rounds. We have federal regulations and state laws that prohibit hunting ducks with more than three rounds. And yet it’s legal to hunt humans with 15-round, 30-round, even 150-round magazines. Limiting magazine capacity is critical because it is when a criminal, a drug dealer, a deranged individual has to pause to change magazines and reload that the police or brave bystanders have the opportunity to take that individual down.”

Well, of course that’s not going to do anything. If he really wants to see some violence, he should do an AR-15 Gun-Cam.
I want a human hunting license. I will adapt to anything type of ban, as long as their is at least a single shot. I am sure many other Patriots will apply for the hunting license. We will be free again.

In a genuine constitutional republic, she'd have been voted out of office a long, long time ago.
I'd like to see her and more than one or two others arrested and prosecuted for violating the Constitution. There's no chance of that, of course, but I'm sure the day will come when what's called "liberalism" today will be no more welcome in American politics than Jim Crow laws.
I’d like to know when Feinstein is going to be arrested for violating the constitutional rights of Americans. I really don’t give a flying @1$%^# what the state run media’s “polls” say. “The polls” do not trump the Bill of Rights!
Somebody school Slimestein that a 25-30 round magazine is not high capacity. It is the standard capacity magazine for an AR or AK rifle.
Diane must live in Iraq, Benghazi or some other place in the mideast.
Even the most ignorant donkey knows there is no place in America where it is legal to hunt humans.
Even if you are Barack Obama you can't do it legally.

I have hunted many imes with a plug in the gun to stop it from holding more than 3 shells, but I never have hunted a human.
3 shells are usually enough for ducks squirrels, rabbit and many other game animals.
But for self defense I would rather hav a few more shots.
Ms. Feinsteins logic is not very good. You see ducks and rabbits do not fire back. I have never been attacked by a duck. What happens if there are multiple attackers? What happens when you stop to load and the attacker who doesn’t obey the 3 shot law comes at you.
Lets face this squarely and honestly. Ms. Feinstein want to confiscate all and any firearm, she wants the United States unarmed. She is a fool. Only those of us who obey the law will be unarmed.The crimonals will be the only ones with guns. Ms Feinstein has money lots of it, she can hire bodyguards, she has power,she can get government boduguards.
While we as citizens who pay the taxes she keeps raising will be at the mercy of criminals. Not to mention at the mercy of tyrants like her and Obama and a government building a dictatorship. THAT is her true desire.
