Ted Cruz has not hesitated in executing the mandate we Texans gave him.
He asked holder if the US Government can unilaterally and unconstitutionally kill an American in America.
When holder did the Chicago-dance, Cruz nailed him to the wall.
Cruz has been a banner-holder (no pun intended) for the 10th Amendment. Now he is properly supporting the 4th and 5th Amendments (as they were designed).
God, I wish all legislators understood the USC as Cruz does!

No one would EVER think Cruz is a freshman. He has jumped into the pool wholeheartedly.
I feel proud to have voted him into the race and again voting him to represent me in the halls of Congress.

He is doing a great job and in Texas from my experience, the Tea Party here came together to halt the two party attack on constitution and the American people via the police state. Death care launched them out of their houses. The cost of deathcare was not the motivating factor. It was the loss of freedom (and life) given to Federal agents by deathcare that really got people out into the streets.
Rand Paul and Cruz are the only two who are effectively expressing Tea Party concerns about American freedom and individualism.
LIEbertarians have tried to derail the Tea Party into a “balance the budget” and shoving gay sex down everyone’s throat via cutting seniors off from retirement benefits and social engineering marriage and family out of existence via gay butts. None of that was ever a motivation for the Tea Party here.
Overspending has always been the agenda of both parties (since Roosevelt) yet there has never been a protest like we saw with the Tea Party. Freedom is being threatened by Marxist globalists and either the GOP addresses it against the Marxists or the party will die no matter how much money they get from KKKarl’s globalists. The Tea Party will never die although it may not be expressed and represented in globalist power and therefore, have no motivation to unite and engage in the political system like we saw when the elite enslaved us to deathcare.
In a just world, this idea of killing Americans with drones crap without due process would be the last nail in the coffin to finally impeach and rid ourselves of the Kenyan bastard.

But our Alabama senator is a poor public speaker and not a Jesse Helms type of a boat rocker. At this time in history we don’t need so much polite discussion. We need fist pounding and lines in the sand.
