He is going to court. He turned down the misdemeanors. Hopefully he gets a good jury because if he is found guilty (even if he does NOT do time) he will lose his pension. It is a gamble but somebody has to stop this tyranny. The only problem is he is using ignorance of the law. I wonder where he got the empty clips. I hope from from the military after he used them. Normally you cannot keep empty clips and it would be considered theft. He has a long road. Prayers to him.

And paper receipts proving product purchase date(s) mean nothing, since mags have no serial numbers to tie them to the paper receipts. Still, I keep all of mine in files in the Gunsafe.
