Judge Jeanine Pirro, anchor of Justice with Judge Jeanine, is a legal gun permit owner. Her information was published, along with many other law-abiding people, when The Journal News decided to oust all the gun permit owners in Westchester County, New York. On her show, in a powerful opening statement, Judge Jeanine shot back at the newspaper and called for them to come out of hiding and start answering questions. When the critic finally has to walk in the shoes of those he so often criticized? When the bully gets to experience what he so often inflicted on others? The Journal News and editor will be history & bankrupt after the 1st murder defendant testifies he selected his gun-free home to target from the paper’s list.
Good for her. These journalists like to potray themselves as heroic little guys who fight the powerful but ultimately are cowards who shill for the liberal establishment. When the tables are turned in the smallest way, they go into a panic. They can dish it out but can’t take it.
Judge Pirro has a unique angle on this since she is in that community, was reported on by this paper and took their questions, and then was listed as a gun owner. She, more than a lot of people, should have been able to get these cowards on the line but they won’t even respond to her.

payback is a b*tch....
I wonder if the armed guards they hired to protect them are on their published list.
Unfortunately, that is not true. The way that the courts have interpreted the First Amendment gives a huge amount of leeway to the media to publish lists like this. You also would have significant proximate cause issues. The real issue is that New York allows access this information. Other newspapers in other states pulled this stunt (Idaho and Virginia for example) and State lawmakers quickly changed the law to make such information private. Good luck with that in New York though.
bump
Good for PIrro. This was so amazingly irresponsible to pring these names.
