Joe Biden and Barack Obama have an assault rifle with a 30 round magazine pointed at the temples of Congress, the Senate, and America.
They have decided that, to achieve the same gun control that only twenty years ago required the consent of both the House of Representatives and the Senate, all they need to do is issue some Imperial Decrees.
This Emperor Obama has decided to simply NOT CONSULT and NOT INVOLVE both of the Houses of government, the House of Congress and the Senate, and unilaterally impose rules that only 20 years ago required consent of both of them.
They state that Executive Orders can now take the place of the normal legislative process. They state that there is no need for a Bill to make its way from from the House, to the Senate, to the President's Desk.
There are two things happening here: 1) The imposition of draconian gun control that only TWENTY YEARS AGO required a Bill, and 2) The complete removal of the House of Congress and the Senate from this -- and subseqently, ALL -- decision making processes.
This completely upend the American process of legislating. If they succeed, all the educational books outlining the American process of legislating need to be discarded, since from that point forward, Congress and the Senate become completely excluded from the process. At that point, all that is needed is a Imperial Decree in the form of an Executive Order.
If Obama succeeds on this very treacherous new path, he will have effectively overthrown the government, and Congress and the Senate might as well simply adjourn forever. They will no longer truly have any point to existing afterwards.
This cannot stand. There can be only one solution. THIS MAN MUST BE IMPEACHED AND CONVICTED AND REMOVED FROM OFFICE. Even the *liberals* in the Senate understand POWER, and they should understand that -- should this brazen effort to upend the Constitution succeed -- their importance and their position of power will be completely liquidated. This is America at its exact moment of being overthrown. If they do not vote to convict, after the House impeaches, they will have no power any more.
THIS IS THE IMPEACHMENT MOMENT.

The news media and other democrats use a statistically nonexistent fluke to take away our individual rights and freedom.

The news media makes sure everyone sees every mass shooting a thousand times and knows the names of the mass shooter ( the mass shooters want the fame the media gives them so that's why they do it).
If most Americans carried guns there would be almost no crime. It is the already existing restricting gun laws which causes the rapes and murders by bats, and home invasions. so the democrats and the media want to increase crimes against Americans too

The media's main topic was the news media's “fiscal cliff”.
Now the media's main topic has been “mass shootings” and gun control. the news media are praising and egging Obama on to issue dictatorial executive orders to take away our right to own guns( to defend ourselves against a tyrannical government and against criminals).

Obama certainly deserves impeachment, but he isn’t the only one, and that becomes the larger problem. We have a situation at hand that really demands the impeachment of at least a CJSCOTUS, several cabinet officers, the majority leader of both houses of congress and the cashiering of several of the righ ranking General Officers in the military. That’s where we now find ourselves. We are at Constitutional Crisis. State governments are going to have to stand up and be counted.
That would be nice, but the chances of Boehner leading an impeachment are nil. The Republican leadership have abandoned America.

Executive orders can be overturned by Congress. Our reps better have such a bill ready the moment he issues the order.

I'd tweak that to read *worse* than useless. What appears to be transpiring here is that the Democrats in Congress (and some Republicans too) are quite happy to step aside and let Obama do their dirty work. After all, he's currently term-limited and they're not.

There is only one motivation for any politician: To hold on to power. If Obama seizes power, they can feel threatened -- but if Obama promises them positions of power in the New Order, they might be placated.

Remember obama care? 2,800 page law that just magically appeared, was passed with no one reading it and not judged upon by the supreme court.
