I bet the opponents of Mao or Hitler or Stalin NEVER ONCE called them "esteemed colleagues".
That's because they weren't. They were murdering punk-ass thugs who needed a bullet behind the ear.
One does not call a fundamental threat to your country, like Obama / Holder / Ted Kennedy / John Conyers / Barney Frank / Chris Dodd / et. al., an "esteemed collegue". One calls them a punk-ass thug.
