If that law passes than Reno and Vegas will be getting more than just casino business from California.

Little Nancy thinks bullets are “the things that make guns deadly”, when in reality it’s evil people. Try controlling them first, beeatch.

California-feh!

A state of mindless liberal homos who live and vote beyond their means expecting real Americans to obey not Sacramento but their real power assholes in Hollywood.

If not for the San Andreas Fault their would be no hope there.

I keep telling people California is the land where all political insanity in the US begins. So nice of them to keep proving me right.

We should call them the ‘knee jerk’ party. I say limit ALL legislatures to two, two-week sessions per year.. These tyrants think it’s their job to pass law after law.. IT’S OUT OF CONTROL!!!

"Today, it is easier in California to buy bullets than it is to buy alcohol, cigarettes or Sudafed cold medicine. We've had enough," she said...

BS, in the 80's I had to show ID as well as give a finger print to buy handgun ammo...she's fos.

Really? I have never been asked for ID to buy Sudafed or any other cold medicine. Even when I was 16, I was never asked for ID to purchase cigarettes (that has apparently changed since I was 16). And, I can't tell you the last time someone asked me for ID when I purchased alcohol. However, buying ammunition in California has been very difficult. There are more days that the ammo I need is not in stock than there are days in which the ammo is in stock.

This article claims 2,000 firearm deaths, NBC (duh) changed it to 2,800. My question is, how many were law enforcement or self defense (home protection)related?

The thing that makes guns deadly is the human.

They could license homicidal thoughts... Sell licenses for homicidal thoughts for 100$ per. Anyone who commits homicide without a homicidal thought license has 20 years added to their sentence. Of course the homicide license has to have the name and other identifying information of the projected victim, and would not be transferable.

Having such a license would also be evidence of presumed homicidal premeditation.

The criminals would line up to pay their tax right? Anyone? Bueller?”

There is nothing left for the libs to legislate in Sacramento, they can’t touch Proposition 13 or water rights. They can’t make laws that are too radical without getting those stricken down by a judge. They will do nothing as California continues to sink into an economic pit.
