IF they pass it... the SCOTUS will overturn. Heller is the LAW OF THE LAND.

A couple of things are going on here. First, the political prostitutes are grandstanding just like the rest of the media whores. But the grandstanding legislation is a probe, an opening gambit. They want to see who is going to howl and how much.

They are also going to use this legislation as their base bargaining position before the “meaningful” negotiations take place.

What they are looking for is a weakness, trying to provoke a response.

You don’t win political arguements with logic, you do it with emotion. The time is now to brand these petty tyrants for what they are; NAZI’s.

This legislation is right out of Hitler’s playbook.

What they are trying to provoke is also from the Nazi playbook:

“Whoever can conquer the street will one day conquer the State, for every form of power politics and any dictatorship run state has its roots in the street” - Joseph Goebbels

We all knew that the act which kicked off this revolution was going be painfully obvious. Unfortunately, we did not realize just how, painfully obvious it would be.

The goal is always the same: 30 to 10 to 7 to “five or six”, to 3 to 1 to NONE.

Mayor Bloomberg Blasts NRA: ‘Connecticut Is Because of Some of Their Actions’

...
But if he had his preference, Bloomberg said he would go farther than the 1994 ban and outlaw all automatic and semi-automatic weapons and high-capacity magazines. The mayor said magazines shouldn’t be allowed to contain more than five or six rounds.

“If you haven’t hit the deer with three shots, you’re a pretty lousy shot. The deer deserves to get away,” he said....

No grandfather. No possession. No registration. B-felony. Same as Rape 1 or Manslaughter 1.

If it is prosecuted and punished the same as rape and manslaughter, there’s nothing to worry about. Just ignore it

Anyone owning more than 10 guns is guilty of criminal possession of a weapon. Too funny.

I want these scum-sucking politicians, state and local to long for the day it was just first graders who were being shot and killed. I want them quaking in their offices and homes fearing for themselves, their children and their grand-children. I want these fears to be fully justified. I want these MFs to be terrified of the armed populace.

Anything else I’ve got to say is probably actionable.

Well guess the ‘Gestapo’ states will now have reason to profile ANY vehicle with a reasonable carry law.

I would like to see my state (VA) tell MD’NY/MA that some of their ‘laws’ will carry absolutely NO WATER in VA.

For starters any same sex marriage will NOT be recognized in VA in any shape or form.

Make the restrictions just as broad as THEIR restrictions are towards OUR carry rules.

Recognize OUR Sovereignty and we will (think of) recognize yours.

Go to all these idiotic Liberal bastions, find some of their idiotic laws and act accordingly.

YOU RECOGNIZE OUR RIGHT TO CARRY
and
WE will condone your right for Larry and Barry to MARRY

(Don’t have to like a law to follow it).

No grandfather. No possession. No registration. No Survivors.

It is this kind of attack on our constitution and the People of America that will be the fall of this country.

If forced to make a choice, I will choose to be a felon.

Well, to paraphrase Crocodile Dundee.

When NY state’s lawdog punks show up to felonize you for possessing an “assault weapon”:

“That’s not a felony - THIS is a felony.”
