Hang on... last time I checked this story the shooter was a 60-year old guy who also killed himself.

Based on a quick read, looks like she supplied the weapon to the 60 year old shooter.
Seems she bought the weapons that were used to kill the two firemen.
Not based on anything more than a hunch, but i bet she was a straw purchaser for his guns. He was a convicted violent felon and wouldn’t pass instant check.

New York State Police Senior Investigator James Newell says Dawn Nguyen, of Rochester, faces a state charge of filing a falsified business record.
He says the charge is connected to the purchase of an AR-15 semiautomatic rifle and a 12-gauge shotgun that William Spengler had with him Monday when firefighters Michael Chiapperini and Tomasz Kaczowka were gunned down. Three other people were wounded before the 62-year-old Spengler killed himself.

What she did carries at least 10 years federal time. But just watch, the left will be making excuses for her, poor little vietnamese woman, didn’t understand, not her fault, etc etc. She’ll get off with a slap on the wrist.
They will skirt right around real federal firearms violations like hers, and focus only on law abiding gun owners.
If a straw purchase, I would charge her with murder.

Yes, she did. If you represent yourself as the buyer, but you are actually buying them for someone else, thats a crime.
Things that can demonstrate that, are things like proof that she knew of his criminial background and that he could not pass a background check. Evidence that he provided the money for the guns. (ie,,say he let her use his credit card at the gun store)
Evidence from his computer, say he sent her an email naming the exact models to buy for him and that he will pay her cash plus a fee when she delivers them.
Say there are phone records where she sent him a text message saying “i got the guns you wanted, meet me at your place at 2pm”.
Maybe some agent knocked on her door and asked about the rifle she bought. And she answered that she only bought it for her neighbor but never meant it to be hers.
There are many ways a straw purchaser can screw themselves.
Never underestimate brazen stupidity.
If these were the days of real justice via lynching and she is guilty of furnishing him ANY weapons, I’ll buy the rope.
We have lots of Nguyens down here in La. Pound for pound they are tough people. They also dominate the advanced classes at the local Schools.
Hey Feinstein, tell me again how here having to register these purchases would have stopped the bastard whom murdered the firefighters and should have been executed years ago have stopped him.
True... can’t go back....But why was he ever released. That’s where the problem lies...I think Relin was the DA back then.
