I’ll assume you were being sarcastic.

"We need a government control bill." We already have one, it's called the 2nd Amendment!
Enacted on December 15, 1791.

How many bullets will the govn. let us buy, if it goes that far? I think that is the next assault - limit the number of bullets one can buy. Some idiot Senator said that yesterday. He said the govn. couldn’t get all the guns, but they could regulate the sale of bullets.
If you need to shore up your ammo., now would be a good time - we need to do that.

No grandfathering, no posession. It would require turning these in or having them confiscated and/or likely a felony to be caught in possession. I thought the quote plainly says "not retroactively". Not that I believe her, but that's what it says.

Ill assume you were being sarcastic.
Didn’t think that the sarcasm tag was needed.

Boehner’s response ought to be “That bill is DOA in the House” or “That bill is going to be shot down over in the House.”

So I assumed correctly. LOL
I must have been thinking I was responding to a Post on a Yahoo Board. My apologies...

You never know, she may snap one day and start shooting people. She ought to be disarmed, just to be safe. If it saves just one life, we must disarm Feinstein.

It will die quickly, like all of the other attempts whenever the press has an orgasm over a event like this.

Not only that but also a large number of owners of firearms are minorities. Hell blacks openly sing about it!

I just heard Feinstein on the news saying that her proposed legislation has been under wraps for a year. Which basically means she was waiting for a suitable incident to unveil it. Ron Paul made a comment a while back saying that Bush and company were overjoyed about 9/11 because it gave them an excuse to pass draconian laws. Of course, said comment made him look like a crackpot and killed his presidential aspirations. I submit that Feinstein and company really do rub their hands with glee when there is a shooting with mass casualties. The more, the merrier.

Fienstein, Obama and the Democrats have been waiting for just such an event to get their legislation enacted.

She can take her bill and shove it up whatever hole she chooses.
My rights do not come from her, and she does not have the standing to take them or infringe upon them in any way.
She serves me, I do not serve her.
That is all.

It would be nice if we had some Rs on our team who were waiting for some suitable time when a CCW stopped a crime, to unveil national Vermont Carry or something like that. But, we don’t.

>>Do you still think that she has any chance in hell of passing gun control with all of us watching congress.<<
Uh...yea. Absolutely this has a chance to pass. Not in the current form, but a variant of it.
Then, Obozo’s administration could follow it up with regulation, cost prohibitive fees/taxes, executive order icing on top banning Internet sales of ammunition and or hoarding of ammunition over a few hundred rounds.
It's coming and these progressives will throw everything against the wall over and over to see what sticks.
Games on!

How many times has Feinstein introduce her new gun grab bill in the last 4 years? I suspect more than once.
I believe she's introduced it every year since Clinton's AWB sun-setted in 2004. She just might get it this time, I'm afraid.
