How will he know one way or the other unless the buyer is stupid enough to admit it?
BRAVO!!!
Please show me exactly where in the Constitution where it says one person MUST do business with another.
That’s fine. Whether it be a literal or financial secession, it’s happening.
Since odinga hasn't you think he won't?
To be fair, that is stupid.
He did give guns to Mexican gang members in an effort to facilitate damaging the Second Amendment.
To be fair, Romney sure as hell hasn't done that.
To be fair, your entire comment is specious.
The woman who dangled hope that she would run for President such that a large number of people didn't pay a bit of attention to the primaries and facilitated Romney being chosen?
To answer your question I would certainly say no.
Please show me exactly where in the Constitution where it says one person MUST do business with another.
********
We have the right not to do business with someone but only if we are not discriminating based on age, sex, religion, sexual orientation, handicap status, color, ethnicity, national origin, income status, body odor, marital status, EBT card use and drug abuse, party affiliation, mental illness.....other than that the ACLU will leave you alone. Well played Socialists. Well played. PCness ruined America.
libtards don’t want guns anyways, unless they’re criminal thugs, and then they aren’t buying them at a legit gun store. sentiment however, i am there with him.
Really? Any firearm I could've bought four years ago I can still buy today. That's more than can be said for those MA residents under Romney's term. Romney was no friend to gun owners. He had legislation with his signature behind it to back this statement up. I'm still quite dumbfounded that the NRA decided to endorse him, a man with a record of banning guns as opposed to his opponent who had never banned anything.
This being said, I'm not stupid. I have no doubt that Barack Obama would gleefully sign any piece of gun control legislation that congress passes across his desk.
Romney would have as well.
It is in the same clause where Justice Roberts found that the state can force you to buy insurance.
Same clause where abortion and gay marriage is mentioned.
Self ping for later read.
“Please show me exactly where in the Constitution where it says one person MUST do business with another.”
John Roberts says so, so it must be in there somewhere! I can’t find it for the life of me....
I can totally understand your friends view point. My dad was stationed in London in 61-63 so we got to do some travel while there. We went to Berlin in 62 after the wall was built and we actually got to take a tour to the east side through CP Charlie. What a dismal contrast between the two sides. East side still had debris from WW2 everywhere. Very few cars on the street. People walking with their heads down. Very depressing. West side was thriving and a lot of reconstruction had been done. I still have a map of Berlin showing the entire city surrounded by barbed wire and barbed wire running between the east and west sides. History isn’t taught anymore unless it is to instill guilt in the youngsters for having such a good life. Sad situation.
Zerocare. Very appropriate.
