Michael Rood has studied the Bible for 40 years and his teaching are based on scripture and not of his visions or special interpretations. He goes to original sources when available.

He has a video where he lists a number of prophecies that remain to be filled prior to the second coming. I couldn't find it for you, but perhaps the above will be informative.

The second coming begins the start of a new age, not the end of the world, no matter how bad it gets.

IMO, Rood is closest to narrowing down the season, based on his studies, of anyone that I know. The Bible speaks of people going mad trying to interpret when the end of this age is going to occur. Just keep that in mind...

The end of the world and the new heaven and the new earth don’t occur until the end of the Great Tribulation and the beginning of the Millennial Kingdom. Since the Tribulation lasts seven years, the end of the world cannot happen this year or next year.
