Megan Kelly in the past two hours has been prominently highlighting the WSJ reporting that Petraeus' pushing back on the White House narrative is what triggered his firing, not the affair.

There was a retired Admiral on Lou Dobbs' show last night who said the only thing that made sense to him was that the embassy was deliberately left unguarded so the Moslems could take hostage the Ambassador to use him to exchange for the blind shiek Omar.

btw, after Bret Baker's news from 6-7, I immediately swish (!) channels away from that drama queen Shep Smith and go over to Lou Dobbs.

Megyn might very well be correct, but I will go a step farther. What if Broncho has told Gen Petraus to keep the party line or he will call him back to active duty and court martial him for his indiscretions?

Petraeus pushed out after defending CIA over Benghazi?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

You betcha. Petraeus would not subject our national security interest to the Obama (fascist) Campaign. Petraeus lost that battle but managed to make sure enough information got out so that Congress has a chance to deal with Obama’s fascism.

Now petraeus is completely cowed, and must act the subservient general in order to save his personal life, and
perhaps the lives of his children.

Lives are at stake, and Obama, as a fascist, will take them in order to silence those who know that fascism is at work in the area of our own National Security interests, and who can prove the same through evidence.

It may be that the only remedy will be Petraeus’s death, but Obama has to be surgical. Two can play that game.Apparently Obama is willing to take the chance that Petraeus will remain silent , or supportive. I am not so sure about Hillery though on that point, but it is interesting that she was given a golden parachute in order to save her chance to run for president in 2016.

The left fully expect to be keel hauled on Benghazi, and they should be , it was treason of the highest order.

Pushed out? Quite a contrast to All In.

The CIA talking points reported by CBS as given to the White House do not match Rice's talking points that she used in the five Sunday interviews. In those interviews she claimed that the best intelligence was that it was a fact that there was no terrorist attack and she omitted all of the caveats and conditional phrasing seen below on that point.

Implication: The White House substituted its own exculpatory talking points for the CIA talking points but claimed that the WH points came from the CIA unchanged.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2959862/posts

The CIA’s talking points read as follows:

“The currently available information suggests that the demonstrations in Benghazi were spontaneously inspired by the protests at the US Embassy in Cairo and evolved into a direct assault against the US diplomatic post in Benghazi and subsequently its annex. There are indications that extremists participated in the violent demonstrations.

This assessment may change as additional information is collected and analyzed and as currently available information continues to be evaluated.

The investigation is on-going, and the US Government is working with Libyan authorities to bring to justice those responsible for the deaths of US citizens.”

“WSJ: Petraeus pushed out after defending CIA over Benghazi?”

I don’t read any article that starts with a question.

If I was a lefty, and given the choice to either blame the CIA, the Pentagon, or State, I’d choose the CIA. Just sayin’.

I had the impression yesterday while watching the press conference that Obama was very confident he had The General under control. I sure hope he is sworn in on Friday.

MEMO TO GENERAL PETRAEUS: Of course you will tell the truth. No question. But you are authorized to include your professional opinion of how politics has tainted objective truth and obscured the information the public and Congress are entitled to know.

The left looks completely ridiculous right now. After Bill Clinton’s affair with Monica. Come on. And they are ignoring Hillary’s affair with Huma. They are becoming laughing stocks.

I wonder what blackmail they had on Chief Justice Roberts.

The regime is more then despicable. They are a criminal enterprise that makes la cosa Nostra look like the little rascals by comparison

WSJ: Petraeus pushed out after defending CIA over Benghazi?

Well, enemy forces tried to use their knowledge of the affair to force him to support their explanation of the Benghazi thing (the video card). Eventually the video explanation was shown to be a lie and those pushing it to be liars, whereupon they had no more use for him and, since they couldn't use the affair to control him, they used it to screw him over.

Of course that's the real reason. One needn't be a rocket scientist to figure it out...all you need is the most basic understanding of "The Chicago Way" and Saul Alinsky's work. The General, aka: General BetrayUs,gave signs that he wasn't a team player. When answering to Osama Obama that's a very unfortunate trait because Osama's never been told "no" in his *entire* life, and he doesn't intend for that to start *now*.
