My wife has an interview at the Omaha VA Medical Center for one of 5 VERY SCARCE RN positions this morning.
good luck and remeber all questions from the interviewer are loaded.
Prayers up...she is sorely needed. I sincerely hope it works out well.
Prayers going up!!!
I will pray for her. Hard work will be rewarded...on all counts. I wish her well, please update us after she gets her phone call!!
Omaha prayers up.
Prayers for her to walk through that open door!
Praying but I thought RNs were in demand.
May the Holy Spirit guide her and bless her. Amen
My prayers belong to your wife for this important nursing position.
Please let us know.
Lord, hear our prayers.
Prayers
Sending prayers your way!! Our oldest daughter (25) is an RN and when she was studying for her license/degree a few years ago it was hard work!! She is an ER nurse now in Cooperstown NY (baseball Hall of Fame town.)
The Omaha area has 7 or more Nursing Schools so here there is kind of a “Glut” of Nurses.
SWPA is a great place to live and raise children.
Prayers sent.
May it be thus, O Lord, may it be thus, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen ...
Good Lord, why would she want to work at the VA? She will be very unhappy, all the pc garbage she will have to put up with. There is a nursing shortage for Heaven’s sake, surely she can find something decent.
Prayers up!
My wife already works at the Bellevue, NE VA Clinic as an LPN however she wants to use her “RN” as she earned it. “why would she want to work at the VA?” she has a soft spot in her heart for vets(she is married to one).
The point of this thread is to join them in prayer, and not for your opinion on the job selection.
Vets need caring nurses, too. And ones who feel called to that work.
These folks can count on my prayers.
Will do US Navy Vet.
Prayers UP !
Nurses already have God on their side...they are angels.
Good luck with the position!
Will be happy to pray!
I am one too (vet not a nurse) and I agree they are among the most sympathetic patients, however, have her bring her metaphorical wading boots if she gets the job. I will pray that Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, has mercy upon her and shows her where she is needed, Amen.
Dear Lord,
I pray for US Navy Vet’s wife today as she goes in for her interview. I ask that you calm her nerves and give her confidence. Help her to answer the questions asked and to effectively present her qualifications to the interviewers. I pray that you meet the need for a job for US Navy Vet’s wife. Amen!
Oh, OK, then it’s regional. I worked in the Iowa legislature and we had been beat over the head about the shortage of nurses and what government needed to do about it. That has been a few short years ago so maybe things have changed.
Rock this interview, USNavyVet’s wife!!!!
Prayers up for her.
May God grant you peace, strength, and perseverance....and your wife....position in question...!
Oh! Good luck, Mrs US Navy Vet! Do it! Praying for you guys.
Just now prayed for her (and you).
Prayers for your lovely wife! Good thoughts and wishes going her way, too.
Prayers for success.
Titusville, Fl prayers going up.
Certainly I will pray for her, but I am somewhat puzzled that jobs would be scarce for anyone in NE, especially nurses. The governor was on Fox Business recently inviting people, especially veterans, to come to NE saying that jobs are plentiful there.
Also, I don’t know how you feel about moving, but here in OK, hospitals are still paying bonuses for RNs and other medical workers. You could check out the listings at tulsaworld.com or dailyoklahoman.com
Hope things go well for her.
Prayers for her love from a retired nurse, God bless,
Prayers sent. I know how this feels.
God Bless
