I have watched thos chase scenes on TV. I always get a kick out of the cop narrating it saying how the runner is endangering lives, while the cop is right behind him doing the same thing. But the cop of course is not endagering anyone LMAO

I hate that announcer. Mr hyperbole. His delivery sounds like a spoiled whiner.
It doesn’t seem he was too drunk if he was able to ride a Segway. I have had been on 2 EMS calls at the mall where mall cops were ejected off of their Segways and ended up with broken bones.
Maybe he was just more sober than a mall cop. (^;
