Dim Joe Biden does not have the mental capacity to be the school janitor in a one room school house. In a city of fools Dim Joe Biden is the village idiot.
Biden does NOT have the mental capacity to be president and that is why he was chosen. He was the only man capable of at least appearing to be more of an empty suit than Obama. I still think he might be less of a horse’s ass in reality than Obama is.
The VP debate may end up violating the Eighth Amendment.
