The Affordable Care Act, the health reform law of 2010, includes a new community transformation grant program that builds on the Economic Empowerment Zone model. By promoting healthy lifestyles, especially among population groups experiencing the greatest burden of chronic disease, these grants help improve health, reduce health disparities, and control health care spending. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention made 61 awards, totaling approximately $103 million, to state and local government agencies, Tribes, and territories, and to non-profit organizations. Everything they’re doing points to them wanting to run the economy from top to bottom. If they get to do it, the only question is how soon and how badly will they fail and what will they do about it. My bet is that it will be a steady decline and adverse consequences will be given short shrift. They want a two-class serf society. I think they will be succesful. They have totalitarian models from the 20th century to learn from and copy and improve upon.
The problem is there are very few people who have a clue of what’s coming. Educated people who think that it could never happen here. Educated people who don’t even know what it is, those who are clueless of the totalitarian excesses of the last century.
Also, there is a problem with understanding economics and this is true of both the left and right. How many have a clue what Keynesianism is? How many know that Keynes was a communist and also one of the most brilliant and charming men who ever lived. Keynes ideas were designed to move societies slowly towards socialism with one end goal always in mind, the communist utopia.
Those people don’t look genetically likely to survive what’s coming, but they do look like they might taste good to zombies. Veal comes to mind.

It’s important all right, and yes, Agenda 21 is what I was thinking of but couldn’t remember the name, but I don’t want to dictate to people what they read.
The ping list is for notification of Daniel Greenfield articles - not those I that personally decide merit reading. I wouldn’t be too concerned about the list members not being aware of Agenda 21 and the international implications of the the ‘green’ agenda though, I’ve noticed Daniel increasingly stressing that dimension of this and other tactics the Marxists use to try and bring about a one-world (and only one) government.
It’s as if the Communists learned the devil’s trick of making the world believe they do not exist.
