My wife used a wooden spoon.
All she had to do was head toward the drawer and it straightened them righ out.

However when your children grow older and refuse to listen to the police when told to pull their cars over they will be beaten with clubs and fists. Ding, ding, ding - we have a winner!
Don't ask libs though to think beyond their current emotion...

It only took about twice with the wooden spoon for my kids to figure out I was serious if I reached for it. And no, I didn’t beat or bruise them, but at around age 3, it did leave and impression on their egos and enough of a sting to know that mom meant business. Both of them graduated from college last year with honors.

It is legal to spank you child in Oklahoma, the legislature put that law on the books, so move where your parental rights are respected, Oklahoma.
They are a little picky about football though.

Congratulations.
The other rule is not to threaten them to wait for daddy to get home. If kids need punishing they need it at the time of the offense.

The Delaware Attorney General's office says nearly 1/3 of child abuse cases aren't able to be prosecuted because of current laws.[facepalm] Then doesn't that mean the kids AREN'T BEING ABUSED, you fuckwit???? What, are the laws an inconvenient impediment to you imposing your personal will on those rascally citizens of Delaware? Poor boo boo!
On another note, spanking outlawed? They can have my hands when they pry them from my cold, dead, uh.....wrists! Yeah!

"I don't believe in spanking your children, there's other ways to discipline them," he said. "I don't think physical pain should be endured on a child." [facepalm] Neither do I! Where do you WANT to be while you're enduring pain? I don't think grammar should be endured on people elected to statewide office.

It does. It is in the Bible. Proverbs 23:13
