The state of Hawaii has verified President Barack Obama's birth records to Arizona's elections chief after a nearly three-month back and forth that Arizona officials said could have ended without the incumbent's name on its November ballot.
Joshua Wisch, special assistant to Hawaii Attorney General David Louie, told The Associated Press late Tuesday that the matter is resolved after Hawaii gave Arizona the verification it was looking for.
Arpaio said health officials in Hawaii refused to talk to his deputy and posse investigator on Monday, though an assistant attorney general came out to talk to the investigators.
"They won't have anything to do with us," Arpaio said.
Janice Okubo, spokeswoman for the Hawaii State Department of Health, said two men dressed in business suits from Arpaio's department sat down with deputies from the health department and attorney general's office in a conference room Monday.
The men identified themselves as being from the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and provided their badges and business cards when asked, Okubo said.
"They said they were conducting an investigation," Okubo said.
Okubo said the Hawaii officials told the men they had to show why they needed the information as part of ordinary business — a response similar to that given to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett last week when he publicly pushed his request to verify Obama's birth.

IMO, without a forensically verified BC for Barry positively identifying his parents and location of birth it is not possible for me to assert whether or not Barry is NBC.
Think about it. On which BC are you basing your claim that Barry is NOT NBC, regardless of which nuanced definition of NBC you chose to apply? Barry’s claims in his “composite” book, “Dreams” (written by Ayers) can’t be relied on, or at least I won’t rely on it. Just what are you relying on?
I suppose that State AG’s will extend courtesy “verifications” to each other under the full faith and credit clause but I doubt they are enforceable...especially in HI’s 9th Circuit zone.
Maybe because its late and I am tired but honestly I could not understand what was verified and the article seemed to say “yes he was born here”, “not we wont tell you where he was or not”, “they have the info they wanted”, “they didn’t learn anything”.
I am so confused.

If Obama was born in Hawaii, he could end all of this by having Kapiolani release the birth records....That is IF he was born there.
I do not trust ANYTHING that comes from the state.
I think Arizona wants HAWAII’S verification, which can amount to a letter from them stating ‘we verify Obama was born here’. Case closed no matter how corrupt the Hawaiian officials. Arpaio on the other hand is on a mission TO DO THE VERIFYING HIMSELF and not rely on Hawaii’s merely saying so. Knowing Hawaii, they are probably going to play ‘word game ping pong’ with Arizona without actually furnishing any proof of anything. Arpaio is looking for proof, not words from Hawaiian officials. We already know they are corrupt to the core.
When will you Birthers get it through your thick heads that Obozo produced a copy of his birth certificate years ago?

This is why the Birth Certificate DOESN’T MATTER (except if it can be proven that the documents were forged in an effort to defraud people). Frustrating as so many of us knew this was coming. Another attempt to tell people “Move along. nothing but conspiracies and crazy folks here”. It’s a shame too many will actually believe it’s all BS (just like they did in 2008).

Exactly. Either Bennett was eligible to receive verification of the facts of Obama’s birth as recorded on his birth certificate, or he was not. The way he “worded” the request would not change whether he was eligible or not. This sounds like a bunch of bullcrap, where HI agreed to “verify” only what they wanted or were comfortable “verifying” - NOT what the law says they need to verify.
We need to see exactly what transpired, and what HI gave AZ. If they gave just a generic verification that they have records for Obama, then that would be relying on either a 1960-64 birth index which has been altered to include legally non-valid records OR a database which has been altered to put Virginia Sunahara’s birth record under somebody else’s name (like the HDOH did before).
And no matter what they “verified”, their doing so contradicts previous disclosures that Obama’s BC was amended and/or late and has affidavits supporting what was claimed on the BC - because HI law says that late and/or amended BC’s are not probative; HI cannot vouch for the accuracy of anything on those BC’s. So if HI actually verified anything, it is grounds for Bennett (or any SOS) to audit ALL Obama’s birth/citizenship records, as strongly recommended in the report by the HHS inspector general, found at http://oig.hhs.gov/oei/reports/oei-07-99-00570.pdf .
That's true, from a divided loyalty (MvH) standpoint only if BHO II really is his biological father. The fact remains that to this day, there has still been no definitive proof offered as to the true "Obama" origins.
One thing you can always count on with "Obama": The truth is not in him.

When I did background investigations, we used two terms for birth records: Verified as in I saw the original birth record. Cooberated as in from another record such as an employment record or school record. For certain investigations, only verified was accepted but that was for something as important as a top secret clearance for code access not something as trivial as being president of the US (sarcasm off now).
The SFGate.com story is mixing up two different stories. One from Arizona’s secretary of state regarding listing the Commie Marxist Mulsim Bastard on the ballot.
The other concerns the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse doing its own investigation.
There are separate activities and not necessarily related. The story seems to assume they are both the same thing.
Hawaii is a co-conspirator.
As are ALL members of the 110th Congress.
Based on his behavior, his loyalties are divided. Or, rather, they do not lie with the United States of America. That, alone, should be enough to disqualify him in the eyes of the voters if not in the judgment of the law, whether or not he is NBC

That's incorrect. Josh Wisch said Monday that Bennett would need to provide legal authority showing his office is "a governmental agency or organization who for a legitimate government purpose maintains and needs to update official lists of persons in the ordinary course of the agency's or organization's activities."
Wisch told Bennett, specifically, what legal language to use to reword his request. Apparently, Bennett did that and received a confirmation.

Arizona did not ask Hawaii to “VERIFY” anything.
Arizona asked Hawaii to “CERTIFY” Obama’s date, time and specific place of birth as well as the names of the birth parents as listed on the certificate of live birth and the name of the attending physician.
The difference between “verifying” and “certifying” is legal integrity and the attendant perjury penalties. NOBODY is certifying anything. That is quite telling.

You know this and I know this but the problem is we know what the definition of "IS" is.
We are now dealing with a bunch of revampers revamping our history and re-defining our language. Without a Conservative president to nominate conservative judges with a conservative House and Senate to support those nominations this country is screwed. I personally don't think we can survive four more years with either Romney or Obomba at the helm and Romney "IS" a natural born citizen according to the definition you and I learned.

The legal definition of “to verify”: “To make certain, to substantiate, or to confirm by formal oath, affirmation, or Affidavit.”
Or Affidavit. To confirm by formal affidavit or even only affirmation. So, this “verification” could be nothing more than Granny Madelyn signing under duress an affidavit that she knows he was born in Hawaii. This could be registered in Hawaii, but it doesn’t mean the registrar authenticated it, that any other supplementary documentation was submitted, or that the registrar accepted and certified it as true. The affidavit itself would “verify” that he was born there, but that doesn’t make it so. It’s only one piece of evidence and it may be all the evidence “on file” in Hawaii. Even so, carefully parsed, the spokesperson could tell Bennett and the media, as the HDOH once did, that somebody saw the “records that verify” that he was born in Hawaii. In other words, somebody went and looked at the affidavit (whether substantiated or not) and sure enuf! That affidavit verifies (in other words CLAIMS) that he was born there.
He hasn’t been hiding this stuff for all these years for nothing. Whatever is there, he doesn’t want anybody to SEE for themselves. Hawaii is in so deep now that they all have no choice but to continue to play games, stonewall, and pray they come out of this intact. History will show that they WILL NOT. Truth will out.
