If this has been posted my apologies. The reason I posted this is because many believed that Breitbart had selectively edited the tape of Shirley Sherrod.

This wasn't the case.

This was the first time I have seen this...Breitbart was on the up and up on the Sherrod video and It makes me ill after seeing this...

Glenn is a doomist, to coin a phrase. I have sympathy for him, in that I really think he has issues and fear they may be going untreated, for whatever zealotry he can produce, he may be in an unhealthy place and that may be what is driving him.

These people are often, VERY often genius types. Thinking Howard Hughes here......

Sadly, it has for many, many months come to look more like very profitable schlick (however you spell it) and millions do follow his “sincerity” seemingly corroborating guests.

Glenn Beck is just an entertainer who cherry picks lot of stuff from Alex Jones, puts it in a blender with a version of conservatism and throws it out there.

My view of Beck did a 180 after the 1st 9/12 March on DC. Some time after that, he came up with his “8/28” event, which just happened to be 3 weeks before the next 9/12 event. He spoke of the 9/12 event BEFORE it happened but he had NO IDEA how huge it would be.

His first thought (and later actions) was “How can I cash in on this”.... 8/28... no mention of the next 9/12 event because it would be competition.

Beck is about Beck.

Glenn Beck was over-exposed. Before TV - he would have written 2-3 good books on Soros’ influence, documenting the Marxist connections to BO, etc., He would have become a #1 best-selling author and a great interview.

However, Beck’s schtick was over-whelming, repetetive and increasingly hysterical. He became an annoying caricature of himself.

IIRC he is a recovered alcoholic(??) which is a life-time challenge to personal equilibrium.

He should retire and write.

I have always wondered why Beck would want to say his mother commited suicide when there was no real evidence of that. Only speculation by the Coast Guard. Beck would have been 15 yrs old at the time.

Having followed both guys. There was animosity on both sides. They got real big in the movement at the same time, ran their own companies so they had a bit of a competition, and they were bound to have all go to their heads.

Levin has eluded to the fact Beck doesn't write his own books and pretends like he does(not much different than Obama, eh?). Levin writes his own books. Beck is a fake and a phoney and steals ideas and work of others without credit. Levin credits people and does his own homework.

And as Breitbart points out, Beck uses people then chits all over them, even lies and distorts. Beck is a wuss JERK.

Very important video. Breitbart bent over backwards to save Beck's screw-up on this. I remember it well.

Then Beck -- who benefitted greatly from Breitbart's assistance in the creation of The Blaze -- became a useful idiot for the left when he openly attacked James O'Keefe.

I think Beck is very entertaining.. but he admits he could be wrong and suggests you do your own research on everything. He has been right and wrong, almost human in fact. However, there is no room for humans on some FR threads. Especially humans who believe in God. If you need proof of that, look for the flames and denigrating remarks that will follow my post. Someone even implied to you that if you were too stupid to be convinced from the video, well then you are beyond hope.
