Maricopa County Sheriff Office has asked the Holder ( in) Justice Dept for the evidence of criminality to back up their allegations against the MCSO. According to my radio news, Holder et al have decreed that they don't need to provide any facts to back up the allegations.
It’s the seriesness of the charge......
Holder is a tyrant who is thumbing his nose at the Constitution and the people.
His abject racism as regards prosecuting the Black Panthers who bullied people at polls in 2008, refusing to prosecute their actions even though the videos showed them stadning at polls in their camo uniforms and carrying billy clubs...his Fast and Furious program which was arming the Mexican Drug Cartels so they could commit mayhem (and they have, including deaths of US Law Enforcement killed by those very weapons) so that the libs could go after more gun control...his agreement with and refusal to call Obama on his unconstitutional non-recess appointments...his harassment of individuals and patriotic officials like the Sheriff, using the DOJ to go after them and now refusing to show evidence for his claims...all of this (and more) adds up to an individual who is an abject tyrant and domestic enemy to the US constitution and the people.
And the President is using him as such, much like the early years in Germany when Der Fuerher began using his henchmen to control that nation.

After the 1980 Presidential elections the outer limits of the Democratic party came up with the story that VP Candidate Bush had ridden in the back of an SR-71 to Tehran to convince the Iranians not to release the American hostages until after the Presidential elections.
After the elections were over several prominent Democrats wanted to hold Congressional hearings on this claim. When questioned about the improbability of the claim they responded with reality had nothing to do with their investigation it was based ion the seriousness of the claim.
IMHO Holder, and by association Obama, are replaying that concept - reality has nothing to do with their actions it is the seriousness of their claims.
So much for rule of law.

H0lder is a serial abuser of the Constitution and the Law (not to speak of Waco, Gonzalez, Ruby Ridge, those NY terrorists, Rich, etc.)

But the accused is supposed to have access to the evidence against him/them. Our County AG requested the evidence and, as of yesterday, he said the DO (in)J hadn’t even acknowledged his request. Maybe this is their smug acknowledgment?
If Congress doesn't call him on it... then, yes.
