Fox and Friends had Luntz on this morning (the supposed "finger on the pulse of America" guru) and he was reviewing two commericals, one from the GOP and one from MoveOn.org when he stated without pause that "Since Romney is the Nominee" and then he quickly corrected himself saying the "Presumptive Nominee". What I found interesting was how matter-of-fact he said it, as if he knows, and has been told that Romney is already chosen and it will be so. I found it very disturbing honestly because I don't think it was a mistake, it was a slip of the toungue ...

it’s Gingrich or Romney at this point... and the media is watching all the knives going after Gingrich and paving the way for Romney.....I’m going Newt even with all his faults he’s ten times better than Romney

Whether it’s Luntz or any of the other talking heads, can I ask that we wait for the actual caucuses and primaries, and see what the election results are???? Is that too much to ask????
Remember too, the talking heads are wrong sometimes. We were told for two years up until the 2008 election cycle that Hillary Clinton was the front runner, and the likely Democrat presidential nominee.
We know what the pollsters and talking heads say. Let’s let voters vote before we start making these pronouncements. Is that too much to ask????

Or he could have just been saying that Romney *will* win the nomination. I’ve never supported Romney for the nomination, but I’ve said all along that he will get it.
