Oh, that’ll secure Mitt the nomination. It’s all over now!

if Hastert says Romney is the guy... the debate is over.

::roll eyes::

Seriously, if we can’t nominate a conservative this time we will never have a conservative. The party is dead

“During my years in the House, I was an advocate for balanced budgets and low taxes,” ...

Uh, Denny Hastert... you are the chucklehead who let the balanced budget become a $200 billion deficit, and then you got defeated in 2006 ...

an under-achiever.

Cut out the middleman. Support your favorite conservative directly.

Great. This failure endorses another failure. Sounds about right.

Hastert's leadership led to a huge Democrat majority, just as Romney's led to an even farther left wing regime in Massachusetts. I can see why they are popular with Democrats, but not why any Republican would follow them.

I’m sure Romney will get the Mark Foley endorsement too.

I think Hastert carries more responsibility for ‘Rat electoral gains in 2006 and 2008 than any other individual.

From 2004 to 2006 the GOP-controlled House of Representatives was a disgrace to our nation and Hastert was the worst of the lot.
