GOV PERRY flings the tuition thing around with that self-satisfied goofy grin b/c GOV PERRY knows it's much, much worse than tuition........... GOV PERRY is aiding and abetting Mexican criminals.

VOTERS SHOULD KNOW: Texas Governor GOV PERRY looks away as savage Mexican Zeta gangs expand their growing drug empire inside the US, from Big D--Dallas.

==============================================

GOV PERRY DID NOTHING TO STOP ZETAS
GOV PERRY (1) sucked-up to the Mexican govt, (2) insists on open borders, (3) passed the Dream Act, (4) eased sub-prime mortgages for illegals, (5) lambasted US amnesty policy while on Mexican soil, and, (6) entice opportunistic Zetas over the border with tax-subsidized giveaways.

GOV PERRY DID NOTHING TO STOP THIS There have been over 200 armed incursions from Mexico over the border onto US soil in the last ten years.

GOV PERRY DID NOT STOP THIS Federal agents and US military were ordered to avoid all contact when Third World soldiers escorted Mexican drug cartel members across our borders.

GOV GOV PERRY DID NOT STOP THIS Zeta gangs and Mexican drug cartels smuggled drugs, illegal aliens (?reconquista troops, ?terrorists bearing WMD?) over US borders. All of it aided and abetted by the Mexican govt.

===========================================

GOV PERRY DID NOT STOP THIS The Zetas ‘gulf Cartel, is a former "special forces unit" of the Mexican Army. The Zetas signature savagery is beheadings for those who d-a-r-e try to stop them. The Zetas have been in operation for years and years, and, thanks to all the US dollars they pocketed in Texas (legal and illegal), they have recently been recruiting openly in Mexico.

GOV PERRY DID NOT STOP THIS In the border city of Reynosa a banner reads, “Former soldiers sought to join armed group; good pay, $500,” “The Zetas operations group wants you, soldier or ex-soldier.”

A Zeta Narcorepublic?

FR Posted by Kaslin

Mexico's drug cartel, the savage Zetas, have drawn a bead on Guatemala's 2011 presidential election, and former US officials say the cartel is stockpiling arms to do the same to Mexico in its 2012 election. Is there a White House plan? Smuggling military-grade weapons from Fort Worth through El Paso and Columbus, New Mexico, the Mexican cartel known as Los Zetas may be doing so not just to fight other cartels but to disrupt Mexico's 2012 election, according to report quoting former officials in the El Paso Times that ran July 13.

Phil Jordan, a former director of El Paso's DEA Intelligence Center, and Robert "Tosh" Plumlee, a former CIA contract pilot, warned that Mexico's democracy could be in jeopardy as weapons sold through the US Direct Commercial Sales program may end up with Zeta front groups. Last year, $416.5 million in sales went to Mexico through this program. That corresponds to a similar warning from Mexico City on Wednesday. Guatemala's President Alvaro Colom said the Zetas pose a "serious threat" to Guatemala's democracy as it nears its Sept. 11 election.

Could two nations past our southern border go down to the Zetas and become narcostates? Obviously the cartels think so, based on the weapons they're trying to bring in — anti-aircraft missiles, grenade launchers, assault rifles, body armor and night vision goggles. (There has been no serious response from anywhere in the US). Read more at investors.com .......

GOV PERRY DID NOT STOP THIS Using deceit and guile, Mexico, and other South and Central American countries, have infiltrated the US political system, from domestic to foreign policy, and even L/E. These govts are sending millions of Reconquista shock troops over the border.....they are "voting blocs" trained to use the American system of govt for their own nefarious purposes, primed to take over the US.

Mexican Cartels Manufacture and Deploy 'Narco Tanks' in Ever-Escalating Drug War

FR posted by Reaganite Republican

What to do when RPG's, AR-15s, and land-mines can't kill your rivals fast enough? When the mass-graves and gory piles of severed heads don't spook 'em like they used to? How about some narco tanks, vato...? In a multi-lateral conflict that keeps getting worse as Mexican drug cartels war over control of lucrative smuggling routes, government forces have captured two jerry-rigged "tanks" in separate incidences: built on American truck chassis and protected by heavy, sloping armor and bulletproof glass, the media in Mexico has been quick to dub them the "Monsters".

Although they more closely resemble a homemade APC, the ungainly vehicles are heavily armed, with rotating gun turrets, rams, myriad gun ports, devices that pour oil or nails on the road... think Mad Max meets James Bond. They are soundproofed and air-conditioned, can carry 12-20 armed men, and are built to withstand up to .50 caliber weaponry or a grenade blast.

While these 'narco tanks' are not tracked vehicles, they cartels have created some pretty formidable contraptions here, whatever you want to call them. To this point, they have not been used against Mexican troops, but only to attack and intimidate rivals... Of course, Mexican and Columbian drug mafias have previously produced homemade, one-use (throw away) submarines to bring cocaine to North American markets, and just last year snapped-up large passenger jets at auction prices only to dump them in the African desert packed with cocaine bound for Europe... so nothing should surprise us coming from these people anymore.

Alas, the human cost has been ghastly: the ongoing drug war in Mexico has already killed five times more people than US fatalities for the whole of the Iraq War... even record busts/confiscations can't seem to put a dent in the perpetual carnage on America's southern border.......

It is a states right issue. Mississippi can jail and detain illegals at the expense of the Mississippi taxpayer all they want.

Texas has a 1,200 mile border with Mexico, almost half of the whole U.S. border. It's not Texas job to secure it but Perry has spent hundreds of millions of Texas tax dollars to do just that. I would love if Palin would have sent some of her states federal welfare down to Texas to help with security.

Once those illegals are here, states can't just round them up and deport them. They can turn them over to immigration, jail them or whatever but the Feds have to deport.

Texas has a problem because the Feds don't do their job and we have to foot much of the bill to secure your border (and mine) and Sarah Palin's and Michelle Bachman's while they get to sit thousands of miles away and snipe without even having the foggiest idea of what they are talking about.

"If we waste this opportunity of a failed Obama presidency to elect a Perry or a Romney ... then they were right and we were wrong."

Well said!

We do not need another Professional Politician backed by a powerful Political Machine.

We need leaders committed to truth, honesty, and the welfare of the United States and the American People--not to their own welfare and ambitions.

There is an enormous difference between (1) Perry and Romney and (2) Cain, Palin, and Bachmann!

If I wanted to attend a Texas school, I would have to pay out of state tuition, but an illegal alien will get in-state tuition. How's that “affirming” me???? Perry is one of the worst fools ever!

I tried to give Perry the benefit of the doubt on immigration, but if anything, he seems to be getting worse.

"rounding them up and deporting them" is the red herring argument planted by the MSM. You don't need to do any of that. All that is required is "disincentivizing". Financially burden the industries that are making use of the illegals and expatriating American dollars and jobs. When the companies taking advantage of the illegals' labor no longer find financial gain in doing so, they will stop funding the crime. When the money dries up, the illegals leave on their own. No round-up required, and completely within the states' authority and capability. The question is ... does a crony capitalist out himself by refusing to support such a simple solution. I think so.

Thanks for the link to Perry's disgusting speech----

Gov Perry's ongoing suckups to illegals and Mexico raise serious questions about his curious string of unbroken elections wins. So how does Perry do it?

QUESTIONS PERRY SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO ANSWER

<><> Have you made deals with illegal aliens (1) to exchange campaign cash and votes for gratuities, (2) to use your office to get illegals US govt handouts?

<><> Did you promise illegals tax paid-free education, EITC, welfare, food stamps, UI, SS, SSI, healthcare, sub-prime mortgages, subsidized bank loans in exchange for votes?

<><> Do you know this is a felony?

<><> Do you know which identity illegals use to register to vote for you?

<><> Do you know illegals who qualify for Texas in-state tuition may also be eligible for state aid?

<><> Do you know that ‘state aid’ to illegals is paid for by American citizens?

======================================

The Perry contradictions were starkly evident. As a presidential candidate Perry knows he has to appear tough on illegals. But Governor Perry is another story.

* Governor Perry established sanctuary cities for illegals. Governor *Perry refigured sub-prime mortgage laws that helped illegals stiff taxpayers. * Gov Perry gave illegals in-state college tuition. Gov Perry went to Mexico and criticized US amnesty policy (while standing on foreign soil). * Gov Perry criticized Arizona's immigration enforcement law and opposes border fences. * Governor Perry has done nothing about savage Zetas ensconced in Big D Dallas, operating drug cartels seemingly with his unspoken blessing. * Gov Perry has apparently already endorsed legalization under the guise of “guest worker” programs (same trick tried by George W. Bush).

For an unabashedly proud law-and-order man bragging about relentless Texas executions, Perry seemed rather blasé about the real threats to Americans by law-breaking illegals who fill our jails.

Perry can't have it both ways.

Dear FRiend, I did a thorough background on Perry. If you had done the same, you would have seen that he is in a class by himself when it comes to traitor. Giving anybody the benefit of the doubt is laudable, but some people have a stench that nothing will take away.

The answer is obvious to any honest person, that Gov. Perry did it to help fight cancer and hold down future medical costs (not make money, reward a company (Merck contributes $Millions to political groups yearly)

The $6,000 is trivial next to what Merck may have rewarded Perry's former aide who became an adviser to them. "Crony Capitalism," as they say. But that doesn't bother me much because at least Perry is owning up to his "mistake." However he is NOT backing off his support for in-state tuition for illegal aliens. And instead of giving a reasoned explanation for it, resorted to race-baiting emotionalism worthy of La Raza and LULAC - not a future American president.

There is a very simple way to stop illegal aliens moving into a state: cease handing out freebies.

Hey — where was this benevolent government when I was a “young person” Hmmm?

I did it without Daddy’s money, without government help ...i got THREE part time jobs and I freaking WORKED FOR IT!!!!

I came from nothing, had a deadbeat dad. I got loans, paid them off years after I got married. Again, not a dime to given to me by anyone. EVER.

Why do we keep being told we owe these “young people” anything?? Particularly young people from foreign countries??

I’m sick of it.

Perry’s great on a lot of things — but this is a deal breaker for me. Either this country’s voters are going to put a stop to the status quo, or we go on every election as usual, and lose the country.

Take your pick — can’t have it both ways. One or the other.

A smart reponse from Perry would have explained what the TX dream act is and how he signed it after it passed the TX legislature with overwhelmingly large majorites. Then explain why he chose to sign it and that it is a state issue. Contrast it to the Obama Dream Act that he doesn’t support. Then state that he is much more concerned with Fast & Furious and explain to the voters what Fast and Furious is since the media has been doing their best to bury it.

Real”leadership” is that which will place Flyover Country’s interest ahead of the Feds....haven’t yet seen anything meaningful anywhere from anybody to indicate that might happen. We have just one more election cycle to make that happen via rule of law. Otherwise its the end of the run for America.

NONE of the current candidates show any stomach to take this on as is required. Not Bachmann. NO one.
