Ernie is in an abusive relationship and they should get Ernie into a shelter. He could hang out there with Oscar, the homeless character.

Then Bert could go to an institution to get help controlling his anger. Maybe a group setting that deals with multiple problems like compulsive eating (Cookie Monster) and obsessive compulsive disorder (the Count.)
