I wonder if anyone outside of FR readers has ever seen the pattern of

when they government has to “shut down”, they only shut down those things that hurt the people, not those things that hurt the government or its employees.

Has anyone noticed that a lot of folks in this country resort to their most primal, animal tendencies the minute that the Government Mother/Father is taken away.

Even as a young boy, I had been taught how to deal with my basic bodily functions in the woods. Nothing a little shovel and thirty seconds of time could not handle.

People these days are pigs.

Good grief...it seems people in MN can’t even take a dump without government help. Why are they publishing this embarrassing indictment of the citizens of that state?

May I ask a question: Why aren’t volunteers cleaning the dang restrooms? If I were the tea party in that state, I’d be recruiting members to do the job. Then I glove up and take a day myself :)

Generally when you read about highway rest stops being closed it’s because they’ve become gay hook-up areas for gay men on the prowl over a there or four state area.

"People are taking it upon themselves to go out in the woods and relieve themselves, and without the presence of employees and others, they're not picking up after themselves," Konrad said. "People are also having a tendency not to pick up after their pets."

A Sheryl Crow orgasm in the making....even LESS than 1 square being used.

Horrors!

Seriously. I spent several summers at a Minnesota summer camp. Unless things have changed drastically, there are endless places to relieve oneself in the great north woods.

Consequences of electing a Sh-—y Government. Perhaps if they had spent less time promoting diversity and more time prompting the boy scouts, people would have learned to bury their s-—.
A blue state government that has worked diligently to destroy personal responsibility is starting to reap the rewards.

Did the parks require an entrance fee?

Could that fee cover at least costs of fee collection and restroom cleaning?

Don’t shut down operations which are, or could be, self-funding.

So, the real things the government employees do there is nag folks to pick up after their dogs and provide TP/ unlock the restrooms? I bet We the People can figure that one out without union pensions being part of the package.

With restrooms closed by shutdown, problems pile up at Minnesota state parks

Ok, I guess things are "piling" up. This headline needs flies buzzing aroud it.

Boo-freakin-hoo. People can’t go to the park while the state tries to resolve a fiscal crisis. I hope and pray the American people aren’t so addicted to government that they would be up in arms about not being able to go to a park. If they are, we truly are doomed. Just jack all taxes up to 100% and shred the Constitution.

When I was a girl.....
Wooden latrines with holes in the ground-
And no fancy shmancy company had to come and suck the things clean.
They needed NO maintenance. We need good ol fashion wooden out houses, and everyone keep their own toilet paper with them.

Decadence is a bitch, isn't it!

Western Civilization is decadent. Most fools don't know what that means. They're too lazy or too stupid to learn from history.

Unless this decadence is reversed, it's going to get worse--much worse--much faster! And reversing the decadence means--of utmost importance--unshackling the economy and allowing it to soar.

Defecation in public places is nothing compared to what's to come.

Wait until typhoid breaks out.

And then cholera.

And then smallpox raises its horrifying head in an unvaccinated population.

And the people and their governments are too DECADENT--too disorganized and too poor to fight against them.

And crime becomes rife, and the police are ineffective.

And the people who were stupid enough and lazy enough to let all this happen are wondering what hit them.

And it gets worse!

Shall I go on?
